Stampin’ Up! New 2015-2016 Annual Catalog Starts Today!

Hey there! Today is one of my favorite days of the Stampin' Up! year, the day the new catalog goes live! Yes! Today you can start ordering from the new catalog! yay!

Stampin’ Up! Sprinkles of Life for Maddie Kate!

Hey there! Today's card is Maddie Kate's birthday card!

I used the new Sprinkles of Life and the yummy combo of Blushing Bride, Early Espresso, Whisper White, and Tip Top Taupe!

I attached it to Maddie's gift, wrapped with Stampin' Up! wrapping paper from the Clearance Rack HERE.

Pulled open:

I stamped the Remembering Your Birthday sentiment first on the white slider, then on Blushing Bride. My Paper Snips cut out the words. I added them over the stamped words with SNAIL.

The Tip Top Taupe polka dots are NOT a new stamp!

I inked the raised side of the Polka Dot Textured Impressions folder with my Tip Top Taupe pad:

I carefully laid the paper on the ink, holding in place while gently pressing the paper. Keep from moving the paper so the image doesn't blur.

After "stamping":

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day!

Hey there! It's Sunday again, the last Sunday of the current Annual and Occasions Catalogs. The final day to order from either catalog is Tuesday, June 2nd, but it's a really cool day because you can also start ordering from the new catalog on that day too! It's a one-day trifecta for ordering!

But it IS Sunday Swap Day today, and so here are today's swaps!

First, Katy Simecka created this unique get well card using Something Borrowed Designer Paper, Crazy about You and Sassy Salutations stamp sets:

This is definitely special!
Next, Ruth Bingle also used Crazy about You with the Hearts Collection framelits (retiring and sold out) to create her fun fold card:

Crazy about You, which will still be available in the new Annual Catalog, has 30, yes, I said THIRTY words as well as three images. This allows you to create an almost infinite number of phrases! The Something Borrowed Embellishment she used in the cente of her flower are also going away after June 2nd, so get some now before they are gone!

Cathy Stephenson used the Painted Blooms desginer paper and the Painted Petals stamp set for her sid-stair-step card. Both of these products are retiring on June 2nd!

Finally,Cathy Morgan used Petal Potpourri, Crazy About You (the leaves), and Bloom with Hope Hostess set for her 4-panel screen card:

Stampin’ Up! Blushing Bride Build a Birthday Sneak Peek!

Hey there! Last night was Maddie Kate's 8th grade graduation:

As the class stood for the ending processional, she leaned out to give us her great smile!

Maddie ranked 3rd in her class, which was just where she wanted to be. Let the Valedictorian and Salutatorian make the speeches, thank you!

We love you Maddie Kate, to the moon and back, with full hearts and lots of prayers for you!

After graduation we celebrated both her birthday and graduation with a little party. Today's card I is NOT her birthday card. I will be posting that card and a graduation one next week.

I played with the new Build a Birthday set again with the color combo Blushing Bride, Whisper White, Early Espresso, and new Tip Top Taupe!

I used the sprinkles and a tiny flower stamp from the new Ronald McDonald House set, Sprinkles of Life! Stampin' Up! donates $3 from every set sold to Ronald McDonald Charities. Don't miss this adorable set on the inside back cover of the new catalog!

For candle flames I used Heat & Stick Powder and Dazzling Diamonds glitter:
