Alaska Incentive Trip Swaps with One For All and Petal Palette!

Hey there! The only requirement of the Alaska Incentive Trip swaps was that all of the products used must be current (not retired). This resulted in a wide variety of stamps, colors, embellishments, fun folds, and techniques!

The creator of this card used an ombre' technique to ink the One for All sentiment, then used a Pattern Party Decorative Mask with Shimmery White Embossing Paste to create the background:

I love the simplicity of this card, however, you will need to order the Stitched Seasons Framelits Dies BEFORE August 31st if you love the die-cut bow. These framelits are only available to order in August!

Lots of stitchin' going on with this Petal Palette card, but it's easy to do with the Stitched Shapes and Stitched Labels dies!

This kind of blurry (sometimes I touched the wrong setting on my camera while onboard the ship!) swap was created with the Love What You Do set, Petals & More Thinlets, and the new Thank You Thinlets die!

This swap was created with the Country Livin' set and Wood Textures 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper. I just love those broken-in cowboy boots, don't you? The leafy spray was cut with a Petals & More Thinlets die.

Stampin’ Up! Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper!

Hey there! This morning we're getting on the boat in Seattle for the Stampin' Up! Alaska Incentive Trip! I'm so excited to treat my hubby to this trip!

I'll still post here every day, and I'll have TONS to share when we get back!

Today I'm sharing swaps created with a Petal Promenade Designer Paper!

Ruth Anne Lilley used Petal Promenade DSP (aka Designer Series Paper) with a Petal Palette image and Itty Bitty Greetings sentiment, punching with the Starburst Punch and sponging with Blackberry Bliss. She embossed the Blackberry Bliss background with the Lovely Floral Dynamic folder.

A Delicate Lace Edgelit was used to create the border between the Petal Promenade DSP and the Blackberry Bliss background.

Susie Wood used the same print from Petal Promenade, using Sahara Sand and Mossy Meadow for an earthier look!

She cut the Stitched All Around greeting with a Stitched Framelit, accenting with pearls and new Fresh Fig 3/8" Mini Ruffled Ribbon.

Stampin’ Up! Barn Door Planter!

Hey there! Today we are coming to the end of my series of Barn Door cards. I turned the door into a planter for the roses from Petal Palette!

I embossed the Blackberry Bliss background with the Ruffled Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. After stamping and cutting out the door I turned it on it's side to create the planter.

I colored the Petal Palette rose with Blackberry Bliss and Old Olive Stampin' Write Markers, stamped on Very Vanilla, then used a Blender Pen to pull the color over the blooms. I added Clear Wink of Stella for some shimmer. I tied Blackberry Bliss Nature's Twine in a bow and added with a glue dot.

The Petal Palette sentiment fits nicely in the Classic Label Punch.

I breathed on the remaining ink left on the bloom image before stamping on the inside layer to get a lighter look.

Stampin’ Up! Apron of Love for Mom!

Hey there! Sometimes I think I'm going to make a card a certain way, but then during the process the card becomes something else entirely! Such was the case with this Apron of Love card today. I intended to make a masculine card for a "best Dad ever", but it ended up being for Mom!

I used Petal Passion Designer Series Paper, Apron of Love Bundle, and Perennial Birthday stamps to create this:

I heat-embossed the apron and flowers with white powder, cut with an Apron Builder Framlit die, then layered on ovals cut with Stitched Shapes Framelits and Layering Oval Framelits. Rhinestone Basic Jewels provide touches of bling.

The embossed Petal Palette flowers on the apron match the stamped flowers inside, which frame a Perennial Birthday sentiment.
