Stampin’ Up! Mediterranean Achiever’s Blog Hop, Thoughtful Branches Bundle!

For my creation, I used a Crumb Cake Notecard & Envelope for a quick and easy card. I decided to just feature the stamp set, not the coordinating Beautiful Branches Framelits, because I know not everyone has a Big Shot and sometimes it’s hard to find cards that don’t use at least one element from it.

I used the Baby Wipe Technique to quickly ink the foliage of the tree with Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze, and Always Artichoke. The stamps are created to fit together perfectly. This large foliage stamp has a “tab” on the bottom so you know which way to stamp so the tree trunk will fit inside!

I frayed the edges of 5/8″ Burlap ribbon to add behind the Copper-embossed, hand-cut sentiment. I stamped-off the Cajun Craze leaf on scrap paper before stamping on the Very Vanilla, rubbed it with the Embossing Buddy to make sure the ink was dry, stamped the sentiment with Versamark, sprinkled with Copper Embossing Powder, and heated with my Heat Tool. I hand-cut the sentiment with my Paper Snips, leaving a bit of vanilla edge for smoothness.

Stampin’ Up! Flower Shop in New In Colors!

Hey there! Today I have a pretty bunch of cards to share with you today, all created with the Flower Shop and Rose Wonder stamp sets, Whisper White card stock, White Organza Ribbon, and the 2016/18 new In Colors! Yes, it's time to get to know them!

Let's start off with my favorite new color, Flirty Flamingo!

I stamped full-strength and then stamped again without re-inking for this one! An easy technique that doesn't require a lot of extra supplies!

I tied the ribbon into a knot before wrapping around the card front and securing on the back side of the Flirty Flamingo layer with SNAIL.

All of these cards have a bloom from the Flower Shop set punched with the Pansy Punch, then a coordinating Petite Petals-punched bloom in the center. I finished off the centers with a White Perfect Accent.

Isaiah 41:10 is one of my favorite Bible verses!

Dapper Denim is another pretty new In Color!

The phrases in the Rose Wonder set are so versatile, they can be used on card fronts and inside!

Sweet Sugarplum is a bright and "plummy" color!

Peekaboo Peach!

Emerald Envy!

Stampin’ Up! Rose Wonder Stained Glass One More Time!

Hey there! I hope you aren't tired of the Rose Wonder set yet. I will have more cards using this gorgeous set in the future, but for today I have the last one's I created with the Stained Glass technique. I used Timeless Elegance Designer Paper and a color combo of Basic Black, Very Vanilla, and Cherry Cobbler:

I used the wedding stamps included in Rose Wonder, and added a bloom created with the flower punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack.

My second Rose Wonder card I brushed on clear Wink of Stella for some sparkle, and used a greeting from the Sale-a-bration set, Perfect Pairings.

Clear Wink of Stella brushed on Cherry Cobbler:

For my third and final creation I filled in a Cherry Cobbler rose outline with Blushing Bride petals that I embossed with the Elegant Dots folder:

Inside I used more Rose Wonder stamps. This set is so versatile!

I don't have any weddings on the calendar right now, but when I do, I will have my card ready! lol!

Stampin’ Up! Wisteria Wonder Rose Wonder!

Hey there! Today I have another Rose Wonder Stained Glass card to share with you, this time using Perfect Plum and Wisteria Wonder:

The "happy birthday" is included in the Rose Wonder set. I cut the outline of the rose and the leaves from Basic Black, then cut out a whole rose of Wisteria Wonder and one of Perfect Plum. After smushing the cut-out rosees to the tacky side of a small piece of Press-n-Seal, I could choose which pieces I wanted to add inside the black rose outline. I did the same with the leaves using Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive.

Inside I punched three of the corners with the Curvy Corner Trio Punch and added the Perfect Plum rose outline to the lower right corner. The inside sentiment is also from Rose Wonder.

Stampin’ Up! Rose Wonder Stained Glass for the February Online Class!

Hey there! I created today's card for the February Online Class using the Stained Glass technique again, this time using the Farmer's Market Designer Paper as my color inspiration!

I used the Old Olive gingham print for my background, and used the whitewash-plank design for my focal image background.

I used Blackberry Bliss for the rose center, then Rich Razzleberry for the outer petals. When I added a rhinestone to the center that I had colored with my black Sharpie marker, I discovered that it looked like a deep purple! Cool!

The inside sentiment is also from Rose Wonder. I added a snippet of Famer's Market to the left side and punched a couple of Itty Bitty Accent Punch Pack flowers from Blackberry Bliss and Rich Razzleberry to add below the sentiment. I finished the center with another black Sharpie-colored rhinestone.
