Stampin’ Up! Swallowtail Meets Awesomely Artistic!

Hey there! I'm getting REALLY close to finishing all of the projects for the Birthday Card Buffet next weekend! Today's card is another from the pile:

I combined the Swallowtail background with Awesomely Artistic!

The Soft Suede card base is 5 1/2" x 4 1/4".

The Very Vanilla card body is 4 1/8" x 10 3/4", scored at 5 3/8".

My ink colors are Pool Party and Soft Suede.

Bermuda Bay Thick Baker's Twine coordinates beautifully with the Pool Party-stamped Swallowtail. Sponging with Soft Suede and stamped-off water splotches lends a vintage feel.

Inside I used a phrase from Banner Blessings and a "happy birthday" from And Many More along with Awesomely Artistic.

This card is a mix of red-rubber wood-mounted stamps and photopolymer. You can barely tell that I re-stamped the "FRIEND . . ." phrase twice. Only with close-up inspection can you see a slight blur on the Proverbs 17:17 reference. Because it is photopolymer you can re-stamp if you need to!

Stampin’ Up! Banner Blessings for a Friend Project Sheet!

Hey there! Just a quick post this morning to let you know that NEW items have been added to the Clearance Rack in my Online Store and to give you the project instructions sheet for this card I posted HERE.

Since I made and posted this card the Retiring Stamps & Accessories List was released and to my dismay the Starburst Framelits used on this card are on the list! I KNOW! Stampin’ Up! Banner Blessings for a Friend!

Currently my blog uses Feedburner, an email platform that while active is no longer supported by Google and therefore I was unable to "push" the email for 3/31/15 to make it go out to you yesterday. I will be switching to FeedBlitz in the near future so I will have more control when my blog posts are delivered to you. You do not have to do anything to continue receiving my blog post emails.

Hey there! Today could be considered a sad day, or at least a sort of sad day for Stampin' Up! customers and demonstrators. Today is the last day of Sale-a-bration 2015. I know that's not the end of the world, but it is the end of choosing a free product with every $50 you order with me.

Here's my card for today. Everyone who has ordered or will place an order with me this month will receive this card in their Thank You Project Packet in addition to the normal Thank You Project:

This card is created with the Banner Blessings Photopolymer stamp set, available right now! Although not listed in any catalog, it is part of the pilot Photopolymer Release Program by Stampin' Up! I also used the Spring Flowers Textured Impressions Folder, the Starburst Framelits Dies, and Garden Party stamp set.

Inside is simply stamped with a greeting from the Hey You set, and the envelope is lined with a piece from the Stacked with Love Designer Series Paper Stack (it's not just for Valentine's Day, ya know?)
