Stampin_up_card_in_a_box_1

Isn't it just the cutest thing?

Stampin_up_card_in_a_box_2

I used Sweet Sorbet Designer Paper from the Sale-a-bration brochure, Secret Garden stamps and framelits, window sheets, the 1 1/4" Scallop Circle punch, Neutrals and Subtles Candy Dots, Petite Petals  and Peite Pairs stamps and Petite Petals punch!

Stampin_up_card_in_a_box_3

The coolest thing about this card is it folds flat and fits perfectly inside one of our regular medium envelopes!

Stampin_up_card_in_a_box_4

All the recepient has to do is take it out of the envelope and set it open. Ta da! Instant happy!

Well, that's all for now. I have one more hostess party on Thursday before my SAB kick-off on Friday. I'm ready for Thursday, but still have a few things to prep for Friday. So I'm off to bed a bit earlier than my norm so I can pop up in the a.m. and get going!

To order at least $50 worth of Stampin' Up! products and be able to choose the yummy Sweet Sorbet paper as your free gift, just click HERE to go to my Online Store!

Until tomorrow, have a Stampingrox! day!

Stampin’Up! Delightful Dozen Valentine!

Stampin’Up! Delightful Dozen Valentine!

Hey there! I went to Hoyleton tonight to do a Stamp Camp for Ruth Czerwonka, and we had a really good evening! Ruth has been stamping with me for several years. She is also my favorite Pampered Chef lady, so she does at least one P.C. party, sometimes two, for me every year.

Ruth chose 4 really cute cards for her friends to make for the $10 fee. The one I'm going to share with you today is actually a re-do of a valentine I showed you HERE.

Stampin_up_delightful_dozen_1

The stamps I used for the first valentine retired on the 27th, so they would not be available to order when we actually submit the party when it closes. I re-did it with a the valentine greeting from Delightful Dozen, using the same layout and Big Shot products, the Arrows Textured Impressions Folder and Hearts a Flutter Framelit Dies.

Stampin_up_seasonal_sayings_1

Inside I substituted a sentiment from Seasonal Sayings.

Well, that's all for now! Sale-a-bration starts in  just a few hours, yay! A free product from the Sale-a-bration brochure for every $50 you spend (before tax & shipping) yay!

Until tomorrow, have a Stampingrox! day!

Stampin’ Up! Timeless Talk!

Stampin’ Up! Timeless Talk!

Hey there! We've just had an absolutely wonderful, balmy day! Temps were up in the 50's, which means we were without coats for most of the day! But now the wind is howling around the house at about 40 mph, ushering in a new round of bone-chilling temps, and possibly some snow! Brrrrr! Winter is still here!

I wanted to share with you this card I created earlier this week for Theresa's party. This is the second of the two masculine cards we made, this time using the fun-fold I've been playing with so much and an annual catalog set I hadn't used much yet, Timeless Talk!

Stampin_up_timeless_talk_1

Of course we had to make a custom envelope with the Envelope Punch Board, and even though some of Theresa's guests were not very craft-savvy, everyone had great success!

Stampin_up_timeless_talk_2

We used an Early Espresso card base, Soho Subway Designer Paper, Early Espresso and a Deco Label Framelit, Island Indigo and Circle Collection Framelit Die, and Very Vanilla and a  2 1/2" Circle Punch. We stamped the antique bicycle with Early Espresso ink the "happy birthday" song with Island Indigo on a Very Vanilla scrap, then stamped the star from the Perfect Pennants set with Island Indigo ink in the center of the wheel. After punching with the 2 1/2" Circle Punch and adhering to the Island Indigo circle, we added an Island Indigo Candy Dot from the Regals Candy Dot pack.

Stampin_up_timeless_talk_3

On the back Very Vanilla panel we stamped "Make a Wish" from Perfect Pennants with Early Espresso ink, and added Island Indigo stars from the same set.

That's all for now. Sale-a-bration starts on Tuesday, which means all orders of $50 increments before tax and shipping qualify to choose an item FREE from the Sale-a-bration brochure! Check back here on Tuesday to view the SAB brochure when it goes live or click HERE to go direct to my Online Store where you will be able to place your order and choose your freebies!

Until tomorrow, have a Stampingrox! day!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day! Valentines!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day! Valentines!

Hey there. It's late Saturday night and I'm hoping I'm past the danger zone for the flu. I'm still not holding my breath, but right now I still feel fine!

I have been sorting through more of my pictures from Leadership and found these Valentines I need to share with you before February gets here. I just took pictures of these so I don't know  who created them. If you do know (or are) the creator, please let me know so I can give you credit!

Stampin_up_teeny_tiny_wishes_1

Here's a cute little Valentine treat holder made with one of the Apothecary Accents Framelits, Heart Framelits, Decorative Dots Textured Impressions Folder, and a phrase from Teeny Tiny Wishes. I DO know the creator of this one, my dear friend, Linda Hunt! I remember she swapped this with me because it is one of the few 3-D swaps I received. I love getting to see Linda at Stampin' Up! events. We've been friends ever since the Alaska cruise in 2011!

Stampin_up_label_love_1

This Envelope Punch Board Treat Pouch features the Label Love stamp set and Cherry Cobbler 3/4" Chevron Ribbon. Cute & easy!

Stampin_up_love_you_to_the_moon_1

This sweet little notecard-sized card features the Love You to the Moon stamp set. It would also make a cute anniversary or encouragement card for a family member.

Stampin_up_modern_medley_chalk_talk_1

This treat holder (complete with Chocolate, of course!) was created with Modern Medley Designer Paper, Chalk Talk stamps, Cherry Cobbler 3/4" Chevron Ribbon (love this stuff too!) and 1/8" Basic Black Taffeta Ribbon.

Stampin_up_perfect_pennants_ampersand_1

Last but definitely not least, this card was created with Strawberry Slush, Whisper White, and Rich Razzleberry cardstock, a Tea Lace Doily, Strawberry Slush 3/8" Ruffle Stretch Trim, Ampersand Textured Impressions Folder, and stamps from the Perfect Pennants stamp set!

Well, that's all for now. Hope you enjoy your Sunday! We will be having the usuual clan here for lunch and the afternoon, so I definitely will enjoy my day!

To order any of the supplies to create these projects, click HERE to go to my Online Store! I would love  to be your demonstrator if you don't have one!

Stampin’ Up! Hello, Sailor!

Stampin’ Up! Hello, Sailor!

Hey there! So far I haven't gotten Mark's bug, so keep your fingers crossed for me that I don't, ok? Mark took me to a really good Phillips, Craig & Dean concert at the Marion Civic Center on Friday night. I was really grateful to not be sick and have to miss it!

Thursday night I stamped with a fun group of women at Theresa McGhee's house in Weast Frankfort, IL. She had hot chocolate, hot apple cider, hot coffee, and a array of yummies for us to snack on while we stamped. Theresa requested masculine cards, so I created this one for her group using the new Occasions Catalog set, Hello, Sailor!

Stampin_up_hello_sailor_1

We used the Circle Card Thinlet Die, You're Amazing stamp set for the greeting on this side of the "flip", High Tide Designer Paper (also from the Occasions Catalog), Smoky Slate cardstock and ink, Midnight Muse cardstock and ink, and Silver Glimmer Paper-punched stars! The Smoky Slate stamped anchors are also from Hello, Sailor.

Stampin_up_hello_sailor_2

Here's the "flip" side, stamped with "you're my best mate" from Hello, Sailor.

In case you didn't know, here's how to cut out the curve on the striped section of designer paper:

Framelit curve cutting

The dimensions for the designer paper is 1 3/4" x 5 1/4". Place the paper inside the frame section of the thinlet card die as shown. You will need to "eyeball" the eveness of all sides till it suits you. Then crank through the Big Shot. Your piece will then be ready to apply to your card section!

That's all for now. Today I have a Stamp Camp for Cindy Lisk at her house in Nashville, IL. Yay!

To order supplies to make your own version of today's card, click HERE to shop in my Online Store!

Until tomorrow, have a Stampingrox! day!
