Stampin’ Up! Year in Review Continues!

Hey there! I'm plowing through my blog to find retiring favorites again today! I wanted to share these with you while you still have time to order them before they're gone after tomorrow!

I used the retiring Sassy Salutations and Age Awareness for this fun birthday balloon card:

Stampin’ Up! Pretty Petals Thoughtful Banners!

Stampin’ Up! Pretty Petals Thoughtful Banners!

Hey there! Today I have a quick card that I created to use more of the Pretty Petals Designer Paper before it retires. I combined retiring, carrying-over, and Sneak Peek products to create this:

I started with a Kraft card stock base that I embossed with the Woodgrain folder. I adhered a piece of Pretty Petals Designer Paper, then added the punched greeting and a bow tied with Metallic Gold Baker's Twine.

"hello sweet friend" are all individual phrases from a sneak peek set from the new 2016/17 Annual Catalog called Thoughtful Banners. After stamping on Very Vanilla with Old Olive and Calypso Coral, I punched with the sneak peek Duet Banner punch. I punched two more Duet Banners from Kraft card stock scraps to frame the greeting label. After adding the greeting with Stampin' Dimensionals, I added a Gold Metallic Baker's Twine bow with a glue dot.

Inside I used the same inks to stamp a sentiment, blooms and leaves from the Birthday Blossoms set. The blooms coordinate well with the Calypso Coral blooms in the Pretty Petals paper.

Although some of the supplies used today are retiring, you can still order them from my online store: www.carolpayne.stampinup.net

Stampin’ Up! A Whole Lot of Lovely!

Stampin’ Up! A Whole Lot of Lovely!

Hey there! Today was going to be yard sale day, but the forecast called for rain, so we rescheduled it. This morning is SUNNY and blue skies, so I guess this day was meant for stamping! Too bad! lol!

I stamped last night too, and created these for a swap:

Stampin_up_a_whole_lot_of_lovely_1 - Copy

I used the "A Whole Lot of Lovely" Host set.

Gold Metallic Thread for butterfly antennas!

Stampin_up_a_whole_lot_of_lovely_3 - Copy

It's hard to capture in pictures, but I turned the paper inside the Fluttering folder so the embossed butterflies are "flying" across the card.

A new Metallic Foil Doily made a perfect accent. The package contains 24 doilies, 12 large and 12 small, each in silver and gold. I cut the 6 large gold in half to make 12 pieces.

The Pretty Petals paper stack is gorgeous! You will see another project with this paper next week!

The Perpetual Birthday Calendar stamps add just the right extra something. I stamped the teeny-tiny butterflies with Calypso Coral ink.

Here's the supply list for today. You can find everything you need in my online store:
