Stampin’ Up! February Stampers Dozen Blog Hop!
Hey there and welcome to the February Edition of the Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop!
Our theme for this month is "Anything Goes", which is what it will be moving forward in the coming months. I am excited for this change in theme, as it will give us all freedom to share whatever we are currently working on!
My project to day is a card I created for the monthly swap I participate in with the Flowering Fields Designer Paper, the Flowering Tulips stamp set, and the Gingham Embossing Folder. Dimensions are at the bottom of this post!
I embossed a layer of Basic White with the Gingham Embossing Folder to add a pleasing texture.
I added 1" x 4" strip of the Flowering Fields Designer Paper, matted with a 1 1/4" strip of Fresh Freesia card stock to the bottom of the top front layer. Sooooo pretty!
"love you so much" from the Flowering Tulips stamp set is stamped with Rich Razzleberry in on the bottom flap and then accented with Pastel Pearls.
Inside I used another Flowering Tulips sentiment and images with Rich Razzleberry for the sentiment and Fresh Freesia and Soft Succulent for the tulips. I also stamped the envelope with the same tulips!
Card dimensions:
Fresh Freesia card base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Basic White layer: 4" x 10 3/4", scored at 4 1/4" and 9 1/2"
Basic White Gingham embossed layer: 4" x 4 1/4"
Flowering Fields Designer strip: 1" x 4"
Fresh Freesia mat layer: 1 1/4" x 4"
