Stampin’ Up! Best of Retiring Year in Review Part 5!

Stampin Up! Festively Embossed Carousel Birthday!

Hey there stamping friends! Sometimes when I come up with an fun idea I can't resist making multiples and in more than one color. Such is the case with today's card. The Cupcakes and Carousels Designer Series Paper Stack has so many great prints, I created four different/same cards to showcase more of them!

First, So Saffron/Calypso Coral versions:

Then So Saffron/Bermuda Bay:

After adhering the paper to a Very Vanilla layer I ran them through the Big Shot in the Festive Textured Impressions folder.

Lace Doilies added the perfect background for the hand-snipped banners.

All of the products used for today's cards, with the exception of the cardstocks, envelopes, and inks, are retiring. Some are even deeply discounted until supplies run out!

Stampin’ Up! Carousel Birthday Goes Around and Around!

Hey there! The Ferris wheel in the Carousel Birthday set cried out to spin!

I cut out wheel with a Layering Circle Framelit, then used a tiny brad to adhere to the card front and spin!

I stamped the cupcake bottom on Early Espresso, then cut with an Up & Away Thinlet. The Bermuda Bay cupcake frosting was also cut with another Up & Away Thinlet. Although no dies coordinate with Carousel Birthday, it's nice that two of the Up & Away thinlets do!

I added frosting with a Fine Tip Glue Pen, sprinkling with Dazzling Diamonds Glitter.

This sentiment coordinates perfectly with the Ferris Wheel!

I pierced the center with my paper-piercing tool, then pierced the center of a 1 1/4" circle.

I put the brad "legs" through both holes, then adhered to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. The dimensionals allow the Ferris wheel to spin!

It's so easy to create a card with this set!

Stampin’ Up! More Inspiration from OnStage!

Hey there! As promised, I'm back again today with more ideas and inspiration from the OnStage Local event I attended in Kansas City, MO a couple of weeks ago!

"Carousel Birthday"and "Lift Me Up" are two sun sets I can't wait to get to play with! Stampin' Up! let us pre-pre-order Lift Me Up and its' coordinating "Up & Away" Thinlet Dies. Some of the Carousel Birthday images (the cupcakes) can be cut with Up & Away Thinlets Dies, so I will have to order it when the full pre-order for demonstrators starts on December 1!

A display stamper combined the "Lift Me Up" balloons with "Sliding Star Framelits" for the card on the left, and created a brilliantly colored one on the right, floating over mountains and trees cut with "Outdoor Adventure Framelits".

The possibilities are endless with this set for a bright and happy card!

"Cool Treats" is another set I can't wait to play with! It bundles with "Frozen Treats Framelits". Perfect for birthday cards, party invitations, and favors!

So Many cute ideas! The gift bag on the right was created with Kraft Tag a Bag Gift Bags and sponged with a Heart & Stars Decorative Mask!

Of course there's an adorable Valentine set, "Sealed With Love" combined here with "Up & Away Framelits" and Happy Heart embossing folder.

A fun monster set called "Yummy in My Tummy":

There's a really great masculine set, "Nailed It", coupled with "Build It" Framelits Dies. This card also features a new Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, "Hexagons"!

Here's all of the "Nailed It" tools in action, housed in an adorable little paper tool box!

Finally, the set that may turn out to be my favorite from the Occasions Catalog, "Beautiful You"!

This set is beautiful when watercolored, but also has "swish" stamps that are designed to fit perfectly inside the dresses for quick and easy coloring!
