Stampin’ Up! Challenge Cards Made By Becky!

Hey there! Today I have cards created by a member of my team, Becky Anderson. At our monthly team meeting I post a challenge for the next month to create a card with a theme. Last month's theme was anything with flowers and my team created some beautiful samples. Today I have three to share with you from Becky!

First, Becky layered a piece of Birthday Bouquet Designer Paper (retiring) over a Blushing Bride base with a layer of Watermelon Wonder in between. After adding a pleated piece of Watermelon Wonder 1 1/4" Striped Satin Ribbon (retiring), she added a fancy-cut bloom from another piece of Birthday Bouquet paper. A fancy-cut greeting from the Balloon Celebration stamp set finishes it all off.

Inside she stamped a phrase from Suite Sayings and "Happy Birthday" from a stamp set I know I should know but am unable to identify! lol!

Becky's next entry is a monochromatic Calypso Coral card using Botanical Builder Framelits, rhinestones, and a greeting from Butterfly Basics, all carrying over to the new catalog!

Inside Becky punched the corners of the Whisper White layer with the Curvy Corner Trio punch again, then stamped a phrase from the Fabulous Four set, which is retiring on May 31st.

Becky's final creation starts with a Sahara Sand card base with a layer of Basic Black, followed by a top layer of Timeless Elegance Designer Paper that she sponged with Real Red ink.

She added a greeting from Petite Pairs (retiring), punched with retiring oval punches. The Sahara Sand 7/8" Lace Trim is also retiring.

Inside Becky stamped a phrase from Blessed By God (retiring) and punched the corners with the Curvy Corner Trio punch (also retiring)

Stampin’ Up! Traveler for Cohen!

Hey there! Today I have a special card created for my grandson, Cohen's, 8th birthday! Cohen is Titanic crazy, so I used Traveler stamps and World Traveler folder to create his card:

I used the Center Step Card fold, stamping on the negative side of the World Traveler folder before embossing with the Big Shot.

I punched the Suite Sayings greeting with the Washi Label Punch, matting it with a couple more Washi Label Punches!

I rubbed the Smoky Slate Thick Baker's Twine on the Night of Navy inkpad to tie under and over the Silver Basic Metal Button.

The back side of the card I used a sentiment from All Boxed Up with the compass from Going Global.

This card is 5 1/2" x 5 1/2", so I made a custom envelope with the Envelope Punch Board and Typeset Designer Paper. This card took a just a little more postage to mail as non-machineable, 93 cents, but it's worth it to surprise Co!

Stampin’ Up! Hello for Sale-a-bration!

Hey there! Today's card is a "thinking of you" I created for a workshop hostess with the "Hello" Sale-a-bration set:

I started with Island Indigo and Pool Party card stock, embossing with the Fluttering folder. I positioned the card stock at an angle in the folder before running through the Big Shot:

Pool Party 3/8" Glitter Ribbon added the perfect sparkly touch:

I used a strip of Botanical Gardens Designer Vellum Stack to white heat-emboss the greeting from the HELLO Sale-a-bration set. The Botanical Gardens Jewel added more sparkly balance:

Inside I combined the "my friend" greeting with the "thanks for being you" phrase from Suite Sayings.
