Stampin’ Up! Delightfully Detailed 2-4-6-8 Box!

Hey there! Today I want to share with you the 3-D project I created for my OnStage Local presentation in Atlanta, GA last Saturday!

I used the Detailed With Love stamp set from the Detailed with Love Suite in the New Annual Catalog to embellish these 2/4/6/8 boxes:

With Stampin' Up!'s Color Revamp they are bringing back former In Colors Blackberry Bliss and Mint Macaron to the Core Colors. I made a bunch of these boxes to give to my team members who went with me to OnStage. I embossed this box with the Petal Burst Textured Impressions folder, which is carrying over to the new catalog!

Some of the boxes had the Detailed With Love "thank you" cut with a Layering Oval Framelit and some were rectangles of Very Vanilla punched with the new Detailed Trio Punch!

You might think the Detailed Trio Punch looks familiar. In fact, it is an updated version of a punch from an Occasions Catalog a few years ago:

I like the updated punch even better than the old one!

This box is embossed with the carrying-over Basket Weave Textured Impressions Folder:

I punched the sides of the boxes with the 1/8" Handheld Circle Punch, then tied them closed with new Very Vanilla 5/8" Polka Dot Ribbon. I added a new Faceted Dot to each greeting for a touch of coordinating bling!

Stampin’ Up! Delightfully Detailed for OnStage Atlanta!

Hey there! I was honored to be asked to give a presentation at the Atlanta OnStage Event this past weekend. I was sent a box of new products, the Delightfully Detailed Suite! This suite is feminine and elegant, perfect for both card making and memory-keeping!

I definitely stepped out of my comfort zone, but I'm so glad I did!

I was given 10 minutes to fit in everything I wanted to say!

I have several projects to share, starting with a 12" x 12" scrapbook page:

We were trying to get a good picture for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday scrapbook. The wind was blowing crazily and my hubby was being silly. I didn't think we would get a good shot, but our daughter was snapping away the whole time!

I found this card in the Delightfully Detailed Memories & More Card Pack:

Before we married, our pastor asked why I wanted to marry Mark. My reply, "Because he makes me laugh", is still true today!

I cut the lacy accents from Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper, adding Blackberry Bliss and Grapefruit Grove Faceted Dots.

Stampin’ Up! Sweet Soiree Double Flap-Fold!

Hey there! Today I'm presenting at the Stampin' Up! OnStage in Atlanta! I'm nervous, excited, and a bit awed that I've been given the opportunity to share what I love with such a large group of fellow demos!

I'll share my presentation creations soon, but today I'm sharing another Sweet Soiree Class card. With multiple layers and folds, this card looks complicated but isn't. I used two prints from Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper, Cake Soiree stamps, and the Double Flap Fun Fold:

I heat-embossed with gold and then used a sponge dauber to add first Powder Pink and then Flirty Flamingo ink to the flowers. I colored the leaves with an Old Olive Stampin' Write Marker.

The Double Flap-Fold is perfect for when you need a lot of room for your message or as a group card from the gang!

The inside DSP layers are the flip side of the print on the front.

Stampin’ Up! Sweet Soiree Celebrate You!

Hey there! I designed today's card for my April Sweet Soiree stamp class. I used Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Celebrate You Thinlets Dies to create this quick and easy birthday card:

Looking harder than it really is, the "celebrate" cut with a Celebrate You Thinlets Die, is adhered to the edge of the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. The Celebrate You Thinlets were a Sale-a-bration item but are returning when the new Annual Catalog debuts on June 1st!

The Berry Burst card stock and 3/8" Metallic Edge Ribbon are also returning favorites!

The Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer paper is NOT returning. You will need to purchase this paper ASAP before it is gone, by May 31st at the latest!

To embellish the inside I simply punched a 1 1/2" circle of Sweet Soiree paper. Punching beats fussy-cutting any time!

To create the front I simply used my Paper Trimmer to cut away 1 1/2" x 4 1/4" from the top of the card front.

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day on Thursday Magical Day Part 2!

Hey there! Today I'm sharing the second set of Magical Day! yay!

First, Raedean Shibata used the Magical Day Bundle (stamps and framelits) for her dragon. She stamped "him" on watercolor paper, which also gave him added texture.

She applied Clear Wink of Stella for the perfect "magical" sheen! She added a couple of circles cut from Myths & Magic Glimmer Paper behind the focal image for even more sparkle!

Washi tape from the Basics Pack 2 and 3 coordinated perfectly!

Next, Jan Rodrian used a tent for for her Magical Day card with hues of Sweet Sugarplum and Pink Pirouette for a very girly look!

Dazzling Diamonds Glitter gives the unicorn mane & tail extra pop!

Finally, Kathy Morgan created an impressive fun-fold with both the Magical Day Bundle and Sunshine & Rainbows Bundle!

I love the rainbow mane & tail on the unicorn!

She used Happy Birthday Gorgeous sentiments to round out her fabulous card!

I already own the Magical Day bundle, and I may have to get this one too! WOW!
