Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day on Thursday Magical Day Part 2!

Hey there! Today I'm sharing the second set of Magical Day! yay!

First, Raedean Shibata used the Magical Day Bundle (stamps and framelits) for her dragon. She stamped "him" on watercolor paper, which also gave him added texture.

She applied Clear Wink of Stella for the perfect "magical" sheen! She added a couple of circles cut from Myths & Magic Glimmer Paper behind the focal image for even more sparkle!

Washi tape from the Basics Pack 2 and 3 coordinated perfectly!

Next, Jan Rodrian used a tent for for her Magical Day card with hues of Sweet Sugarplum and Pink Pirouette for a very girly look!

Dazzling Diamonds Glitter gives the unicorn mane & tail extra pop!

Finally, Kathy Morgan created an impressive fun-fold with both the Magical Day Bundle and Sunshine & Rainbows Bundle!

I love the rainbow mane & tail on the unicorn!

She used Happy Birthday Gorgeous sentiments to round out her fabulous card!

I already own the Magical Day bundle, and I may have to get this one too! WOW!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day on Wednesday Magical Day One!

Hey there! While I'm putting the finishing touches to my OnStage presentation I'm sharing the first of two installments of swaps made with the Magical Day Bundle!

Linda Pagel used the Seaside folder to emboss a wavy background for her mermaid.

After coloring the mermaid with Stampin' Blends, Linda added Clear Wink of Stella for shine, then cut with a Magical Mates Framelit. Magical Day and the Magical Mates Framelits are bundled for this catalog only to save you 10%. If they carry over to the Annual Catalog they savings goes away!

Linda colored the pearls with a Calypso Coral Stampin' Blends. Stampin' Blends have been so popular they are sold out until May!

Carol Slack created her castle card with the Magical Day Bundle:

She embossed Smoky Slate castle walls with the Brick Wall folder and cut out the knight with a Magical Mates framelit.

Behind the Layering Oval Framelit-cut drawbridge, she stamped a Confetti Celebration greeting:

This is such a detailed and COOL card!

She created and outside-the-castle-walls scene, cutting the inner door, windows, and banner with Home Sweet Home Thinlets. The dragon was colored with Stampin' Blends and cut out with another Magical Mates Framelit.

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day on Tuesday with Southern Serenade!

Hey there! Next Saturday I'll be presenting at a Stampin' Up! OnStage event in Atlanta, Georgia! Exciting, nerve-wracking, and LOTS of samples to prep! I'm working on my display samples, so I'm sharing more swaps today. (Don't worry, you WILL get to see my OnStage samples AFTER the event. I am bound by a Stampin' Up! Confidentiality Rules for now)

I don't own Southern Serenade from the Occasions Catalog, so I was happy to get a few samples to share!

First, an anonymous stamper spongeed Crumb Cake through an oval mask before stamping the blooms and coloring with Rich Razzleberry & Old Olive Stampin' Blends. The greeting is from the Annual Catalog set, Better Together.

Next, Cathy Miller used a Flourishing Phrases greeting with Marina Mist and Very Vanilla, embossing a strip of Marina Mist with the Petal Burst Textured Impressions Folder and adding touches of silver accent:

The lace background stamped in Marina Mist is also from Southern Serenade!

Stampin’ Up! Picnic With You Double Z-fold!

Hey there! Despite the wintry weather, I'm forging ahead with springtime creations! Today's card uses the Picnic with You Bundle!

So many cute things to stamp and cut out!

I used a Petal Pair Textured Impressions folder for "grass", and the Basket Weave Dynamic Textured Impressions folder for the z-fold.

Embossed card stock can be a little floppy, so I adhered it to an un-embossed strip of Crumb Cake for sturdiness.

To cut out multiple images I used bits of washi tape.

Turn it over so the cutting edge faces up on the Big Shot Platform.

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day Have a Blessed Easter!

Hey there! Easter is here! After an Easter Celebration at church we will spend the rest of our day at home with our family. It's supposed to be very cool, wet, and rainy, so the egg hunt may have to be in the house. Not the best, but certainly warmer and cleaner!

First, Tamie Ackerson used the Flying Home set, colored with the currently unavailable (but will be again in late May) Stampin' Blends. She embossed the Pool Party background with the Layered Leaves Dynamic Folder.
