Hey there! I just have a few minutes before I am out the door for an appointment this morning, but I wanted to share with you the latest Weekly Deals from Stampin' Up!

I'm still not completely back to normal from the cruise. Liam was here for a few hours yesterday morning so of course I dropped everything to play with him, took a long nap in the afternoon, and then still went to bed at the normal time and slept all night! Hey there. We will be leaving the hotel here in Ft Lauderdale, FL to get on the cruise ship in just about an hour, but I wanted to share with you my Sunday swaps:

Becky Nichols created this birdhouse card using the retiring Stripes Textured Impressions Folder and the retiring Small Heart Punch. She used the not-retiring Bird Builder Punch for the birdie and the leaves. Expert sponging gives just the right touches of dimension.

Opening the card shows more dimenson. This is a surprising & fun card!

Karen Kurz used the Envelope Punch Board  and Kaliedoscope Designer Paper to create this fun camera card:

An all-occasion card, Karen left the inside blank to write your own sentiment, but added the adorable little camera cut with one of the On Film Framelits Dies:

Finally, Sherri Beyrer went over-the-top with her shaped piano card!

Sherri used the Word Window Punch for the keys and the Bird Builder Punch for the rose.

Inside Sherri used the new Scalloped Tag Topper Punch to create the music stand. I love it !

That's all for now! It's time to check out of the hotel and head for the boat. I won't have any internet until I get home, which will be late on Mother's Day, so don't look to see anything here until Monday, May 12th. I will be back then with LOTS of sweet cruise pics and cruise swap pics too!

Hey there! We arrived home late last night, so it has taken me awhile to get things in order around here before I could blog!

All I can say about the Stampin' Up! Catalog Premiere last night is: AWESOME!!!!!!

I can't show you the inside yet, but the front cover should give you a hint of what's to come:

Lots of new product Sneak Peeks on here! How many do you see?

Here's a short list of new products and announcements from last night:

  • Blendabillities: The first 6 sets of the Stampin Up Blendabilities alcohol markers will be available to demonstrators may 1, and to customers June 1!
  • New Fast Fuse adhesive. Think ‘sticky strip’ in an applicator like Snail adhesive. (both Snail and Sticky Strip adhesives are still available)
  • Dazzling Diamonds Glitter IS NOT DEAD! There was a scare on the retiring accessories list, but Dazzling Diamonds was actually only being re-configured, it is not going away!!!!!!WHEW!!!!!
  • Stampin Up Leadership 2015 will be held in Orlando, FL. January 29-31, 2015. All levels of Demonstrators will be able to attend. Join my team of Yes Mam! Stampers and take a trip to sunny Florida with me next January! You will never regret it!

Hey there! It's a beautiful Sunday morning! I get to go to church today! yay! I will be missing church for the next two Sundays because I will be on (and coming home from) the Stampin' Up! cruise, so I'm especially glad for today!

I hope to be able to schedule posts for while I'm gone, so keep checking back! We leave on Friday!

Today I have  three fun swaps to share! The first one is perfect for Mother's Day, which will be coming up in just TWO Sundays, can you belive it?

Mary Waring created her card with Gingham Garden Designer Paper for the flower pot base, Gingham Garden Designer Washi Tape to seal the sides of the pot, and Delicate Details Lace tape for the flower pot rim embellishment. (ALL three of these products are on the Retiring Accessories List but ARE still available) You can access the lists by clicking on the links:

The pull-up portion has Flower Shop and Petite Petals flowers, both punched with the coordinating punches, and pearls for the centers. I love this type of card! I haven't made one in awhile!

Deb McCahan used a tutuorial she found on Splitcoaststampers to help her create this unusual pop-out card with Happy Watercolor, Secret Garden(retiring and now only available in Clear Mount), and Mixed Bunch:

Pop! Deb used the "pedestal pop up" tutorial in case you want to go look for it!

Finally for today, an adorable punched puppy card by Nancy Hall!

Nancy used the Heart Framelit Dies for the puppy's face and ears, then used the Full Heart Punch (retiring), Small Heart Punch (retiring), and circle punches for his face and tongue.

Inside she stamped the numbers image from Bring on the Cake, (also retiring and already SOLD OUT), highlighting the age number with a Real Red Stampin' Write Marker!

Hey there! Just posting quick today. I have a workshop tonight and tomorrow night that I am prepping for, so I'm a bit time crunched today. I've been trying to add a few non-stamping additions to my day that take bites out of my prep (and blogging!) time, coupled with the dratted Typepad downtime that we experienced for almost 5 days, it's really gotten me out of my blogging routine! I'm trying to exercise more and eat healthier to try to relieve some inflamation and joint pain I've been experiencing. It seems to be helping, but I just don't have my new routine figured out yet. I'm so sorry!

Cathy stamped the Secret Garden image on Whisper White, then ran the layer through the Big Shot in the Square Lattice Textured Impressions Folder, giving it an embedded look! The greeting is from Thoughts & Prayers, and she cut out one of the Secret Garden blooms with the Secret Garden Framelit Dies.

Secret Garden stamps and framelits, as well as the Square Lattice TIEF are both on the Retiring List. Don't delay if you want them for your collection, and shipping is still free through tomorrow!
