I love the colors of Calypso Coral, Pool Party, and Whisper White together! The clouds are from "Up, Up & Away" in the Main Catalog and the inner phrase is from the Occasions Mini set, Send Me Soaring!

I will be back tomorrow with more fun stamped goodies! Until then, have a "Stampingrox!" Day!

Stampin’ Up! Scrapbooking the Payne Clan!

Stampin’ Up! Scrapbooking the Payne Clan!

Here's another page I'm particularly happy with, it's our 2008 family picture! This one never made it to a big canvas on my wall, but I love it just the same! This was taken with a timer on Alisa's birthday in 2008. She and Cody were already engaged to be married the following June, and we were in the early stages of wedding preparations! I used a now retired product, "Sticky Cuts" on this page for the "love", along with one of the glitter stacks that I think is retired now too.

I also broke my rule about journaling in my own handwriting, but I had a lot to say on this page, so I will forgive myself this once! ha!

Speaking of retired products, Stampin' Up! will be releasing the next Retiring Stamp List on April 15, and the Retiring Acessories List on April 25!

I stayed up late last night working on baby shower invitations for Kimberly. Her shower is May 6. When they are  complete (and I am excited to show them to you as they are adorable!) I will show them to you, but for now have a "Stampingrox!" Day!

Stampin’ Up! Birthday Calendar Class First 3 Months!

Good Morning Stampers! I want to show you the first 3 months of my Birthday Perpetual Calendar Class today! I featured the covers we will choose from at the class in this post, so here are the first 3 months of the calendar:

Jan
©Stampin'Up!™1990-2012

We will be making the "snowflakes" by punching out the middles of the Lace Ribbon Border Punch with the 3/4" Circle Punch, then layering them onto 3/4" Baja Breeze Circles!

Feb
©Stampin'Up!™1990-2012

Using the cupid stamp from P.S. I Love You, along with the Fashionable Hearts Embosslit!

March
©Stampin'Up!™1990-2012

We will be paper-piecing with the kites from the Occasions Mini set, "Send Me Soaring"! I ordered this set for the express purpose of using kites on my March page!

The Birthday Perpetual Calendar Class will be held this coming Saturday, 10 a.m. & 2 p.m. at my house! Fee is $20 for the first calendar, then $10 for each additional calendar you want to stamp that day. Take advantage of my "Buddy System" by bringing a friend and you both get to stamp for only $10 each! RSVP to me!

Well, it's off to quilt class for me today! Class meets twice a month and I dont' get the chance to attend as often as I would like, but I'm going today! Yeah! I get to sew with my youngest daughter, Alisa, who has defintely caught the sewing bug!

Until tomorrow, have a "Stampingrox!" Day!

Stampin’ Up! Bird Builder Punch Treat Holder!

Stampin’ Up! Bird Builder Punch Treat Holder!

I try to not blog surf too much (however, I'm sure we each have our own definition of "too much" lol!) However, there are a handful of blogs that I visit regularly because they either are constantly inspiring & teaching me, or they are a resource "jumping off place" that can't be beat!

Today, I did a bit of "jumping off" and found this treat holder by UK Stampin' Up! Demo Michelle Last. She is an uber-successful demo, having achieved #1 Demonstrator in the UK two years running! Here is my version of her treat holder:

Chicks 2
©Stampin'Up!™1990-2012

Isn't this cute little chick adorable? He is made with the Bird Builder Punch and with just a little bit of punching modification he is transformed into a chickie!

I used the soon-to-be-retired-forever Hostess Set, Precious Butterflies, and used Lucky Limeade cardstock and Wisteria Wonder 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon.

I will be offering this treatholder at my next few workshops this month, but if you are either impatient or have no hope of attending one of my events you can go to Michelle's blog and watch her video of how she made the holder and the chickie:

Michelle Last Blog

I plan to have a downloadable tutorial for printing available in a few days, so check back!

Until tomorrow, have a "Stampingrox! Day!"
