Stampin’ Up! Giant End of Year Closeout is Here!

Hey there! Today is the start of a once-a-year promotion Stampin' Up! has titled the "Giant Year-End Closeout"!

11.24.20_SHAREABLE_YEARENDSALE_NA

The sale we had a couple of weeks ago only lasted 1-2 days and focused on Annual Catalog products. The sale that begins today and runs through January 4, 2021 is all about the items retiring from the Holiday Catalog and is while-supplies last!

Here's the link to the pdf to view the retiring items and the sale pricing if applicable:

Download Copy of Year-End-Closeout-retiring-AD-US

As you would expect, there's a lot on this list so it is formatted as an Excel file. It does include page numbers so it won't be too hard to look up in your catalog. The list will also be available in my online store: www.carolpayne.stampinup.net

When you shop and order today or tomorrow  (December 9th) my free shipping offer will apply as long as you contact me to place your order for you and give you the free shipping. After the 9th the Year-End Closeout will still be in effect but my free shipping will not.

I will be sharing some of my favorite creations with retiring Holiday Catalog products over the next few days, starting with these projects made with the Beautiful Autumn Bundle. I will include a link to each project so you can go back to get more info and supply list if you need it. Get the info about this card HERE.

Beautiful autumn

The Gilded Autumn Specialty paper is also retiring. I used strips for the background of the above card, as well as this card with Country Home:

Gilded Country Home

The Autumn Punch Pack  (20% off) to punch the leaves on the first card and the Gathered Leaves dies (50% off) to cut out the pumpkins are retiring and discounted too!

You can view the full blog post for this card HERE.

Stampin’ Up! Handsomely Suited for Troy Sneak Peek!

Stampin’ Up! Handsomely Suited for Troy Sneak Peek!

Hey there! I decided to use the Well Suited Suite of products from the Spring 2021 Catalog for my son Troy's birthday card too. The Handsomely Suited stamp set actually has four different tie images, so it was easy to make another card with a similar layout:

IMG_1220 (2)

I created my own background by repeatedly stamping the "you're the best" phrase from the Handsomely Suited stamp set.  This print from the Well Suited Designer Series Paper is so cherry on it's own, but it was made even better by stamping it with the polka-dot tie image and then cut with a Suit & Tie die!

IMG_1223

The inside sentiment is also from Handsomely Suited.

IMG_1224 (2)

Only Stampin' Up! Demonstrators can pre-order this suite right now, but customers can order it starting January 5, 2021.

Want to own the Well Suited Bundle now? You can get it by choosing it as part of your $99 Starter Kit when you sign up in December. There's no obligation to sell to anyone, ever, and you will enjoy a 20% discount on everything you order through your own Stampin' Up! Demonstrator portal through at least March 2021! You can go to my online store and choose your $99 Starter Kit (price includes free shipping) today: www.carolpayne.stampinup.net

Stampin’ Up! Handsomely Suited Sneak Peek!

Stampin’ Up! Handsomely Suited Sneak Peek!

Hey there! I have two sons with November birthdays and this year we celebrated them at our family's Thanksgiving. I had just received the Well Suited Bundle from the upcoming Spring 2021 Catalog, so I pulled it out and played! This suite, while geared for creating masculine cards,  has a lot of possibilities that are not just for men!

Today, however, I'm sharing Logan's card created with the Handsomely Suited stamp set, Suite & Tie Dies (Bundle), and Well Suited Designer Series Paper:

IMG_1215 (2)

I stamped the bow ties directly on prints from the Well Suited Designer Series Paper and then cut them out with the corresponding Suite & Tie Die.

IMG_1217

When stamped with Tuxedo Black in on the Whisper White inside layer, I definitely see a pink "hair bow" in this stamps future! The sentiment is included in the Handsomely Suited stamp set.

Stampin’ Up! Gnome For The Holidays Banner!

Stampin’ Up! Gnome For The Holidays Banner!

Hey there! Over the long Thanksgiving weekend I helped my daughter create 9 banners for her co-worker gifts. We used the trendy Gnome for the Holidays!

Stampin_up_gnome_for_the_holidays_banner_carolpaynestamps1

It's hard to see how cute this banner really is. My little point-and-shoot isn't up to this task!

I used Cherry Cobbler and Whisper White for my color scheme, which was the perfect background for the snowflakes, letters, and gnomes! I spelled out "M E R R Y"  using a retired set of Stampin' Up! dies I will never get rid of, then used the Playful Alphabet to add "CHRISTMAS". In between each of the "M E R R Y" letters I added a banner with just snowflakes and the small Playful Alphabet letters to spell "CHRISTMAS".  All of the banners are stapled over the twine so they can be slid back and forth to get the spacing correct depending on where you hang it.

Stampin_up_gnome_for_the_holidays_banner_carolpaynestamps2

I added adhesive with Adhesive Sheets before cutting out the snowflakes. This made assembly MUCH EASIER than trying to use liquid glue!

Stampin_up_gnome_for_the_holidays_banner_carolpaynestamps3

The gnomes (we made one banner with the Way To Goat stamp set but I forgot to take a picture before she took it away) were stamped with Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Stampin' Blends. I colored around each gnome with a Light Seaside Spray Stampin' Blend so I could easily cut around them.
