Stampin’ Up! Petal Promenade Teapot!

Hey there! Stampin' Up! added another set of Sale-a-bration freebies this month! Wow! Today's card is created with TWO new selections, Petal Promenade Designer Paper and Pearlized Doilies, as well as the Tea Time Framelits!

The Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper contains photo-realistic prints of gorgeous blooms on one side and subtle marbled designs on the other!

I used stamped-off Smoky Slate ink on the Crackle Paint background to prepare the Whisper White card stock before cutting with the Tea Time Framelit. I used Stampin' Blends Alcohol Markers to color the rose and the leaves. See my project supply list and downloadable stamping instructions for more about that! I added half of a Pearlized Doily below the teapot. The doilies are reversible, with the pearlized look on one side and an inkable white on the other.

I used sentiments from Life is Grand on the inside and the out.

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day Incredible Like You!

First, Rhonda Morgan paired Incredible Like You with some awesome fussy cutting and the Dot to Dot Textured Impressions Embossing Folder:
Next, this anonymous creator combined Incredible Like You with the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper, which is still available as a Sale-a-bration choice with a $50 order!

This card's creator is also anonymous, but they did a great job pairing Incredible Like You with the Tropical Escape 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper!

Stampin’ Up! By the Bay!

Hey there! Today I have a simple card to share with you created with the Sale-a-bration set, By the Bay. I used the Emboss Resist Technique, one that I keep returning to often over the years.

After heat embossing the images with Clear Stampin' Emboss Powder, I used a Sponge Dauber to add color:

The embossed images "resist" the sponged color, hence the name Emboss Resist!

All of the images used on this quick and easy card are included in the By the Bay set.

I used Pool Party, Crumb Cake, and Soft Seafoam inks to sponge with a Sponge Dauber.

Stampin’ Up! By the Bay!

Stampin’ Up! Accordion Lantern, Sale-a-bration 3rd Release and Coordination!

Hey there! Not only is March the final month of Sale-a-bration, it's also the first day to order Sale-a-bration Coordination Products AND choose SAB freebies from the THIRD Release!

I received a really large lantern card in a swap recently. I decided to scale Mine down to fit into a Medium Envelope. I used Sale-a-bration Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper:

It opens to reveal the surprise suspended butterfly!

I punched the butterfly directly from Botanical Butterflies Designer Series Paper with the Butterfly Duet Punch, which should be off the Backorder List next week!

Stampin’ Up! Itty Bitty Birthdays Teapot!

Hey there! Today I have another card featuring the Tea Time Framelits and Country Floral Dynamic folder, but this one is itty bitty!

This little gem stands up all by itself! After embossing the teapot-shaped front, I colored with Stampin' Blends Alcohol Markers.

The colored teapot front was adhered to a teapot-shaped card base cut with the same framelit.

Both the outside and inside greetings are stamped with phrases from the Itty Bitty Birthdays Cling stamp set.

A regular Medium envelope would swamp this dainty little gem, so I made a custom envelope from Designer Series Paper and the Envelope Punch Board.

Stampin’ Up! Country Foral Teapot for Faith!

Hey there! Back in September I shared the birthday card I created for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law, Grace. Today I'm sharing the birthday card I created for my second soon-t0-be daughter-in-law, Faith!

Faith has a teacup collection, so I created her card with the Tea Time Sale-a-bration framelits, embossed with the Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions folder and colored with Stampin' Blends.

I'm really loving this color combo of Soft Seafoam, Flirty Flamingo, and Whisper White. The greeting, cut with a Well Written framelit, looks awesome glued to the flax ribbon!
