Stampin’ Up! Misty Moonlight Stitched Stars!

Hey there! I'm back again today with a few more Stitched Stars Christmas Ornaments! I have more ideas rolling around in my head, but I had Alisa's girls here for a big chunk of the day so I was only able to create while Avara was napping. After they left I worked for a little while but then finished up a supper I was taking to Logan & Faith. Every time one of my kid's families has Covid I take them a supper one night while they are in quarantine.

My ornaments today are very similar to the one's I shared yesterday, but I switched to Misty Moonlight and Silver for my colors. I also have one lone ornament to share at the end that is different. You'll see!

I used Misty Moonlight card stock and 2020-2022 In Color Designer Series Paper along with the Silver heat embossing and Silver Foil to cut the swirls. "Joy to the World" from Stars Are Shining.

I did the same omitting of some of the phrases to get the sentiments to fit. "Glory to God" from Great Tidings.

"Sending Peace & Joy" from Great Tidings.

On the backs of all of these I embossed "The Stars Are Shining Brightly" from Stars Are Shining.

Here's the placement for the Stampin' Dimensionals and Mini Stampin' Dimensionals I use to adhere the Simply Elegant Trim ornament hanger and to adhere the backing star to the ornaments.

My final ornament for today was created with the Knit Together Bundle!

I adhered an adhesive sheet to the back of the Misty Moonlight card stock before cutting with the Knit Sweater dies. This made adhering the tiny pieces to the Basic White star a snap! "CHRISTMAS" is from the Bright Baubles stamp set.

I am impressed with how realistic the Knit Together stamped image looks!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day October 24th!

Hey there! Today is Sunday, so of course you know that means I'm sharing swaps today! Let's get started!

First, here's a fun easel card created by Kathy Morgan with the Christmas Season Bundle!

Kathy used the Seasonal Labels dies and Holly Jolly Wishes stamp set for her sentiments on the front and beside the easel stop.

Next, Angela Waters used a Wonderful Snowflake with the Frosted Gingerbread stamp set, Gingerbread & Peppermint Designer Paper, and Wintry 3D embossing folder.

Jenna Roby used the Knit Sweater Dies with one of the Brushed Metallic Foil Sheets, Basic White, Real Red, and a sentiment from Poinsettia Petals. This card is an easel card too!

Shelly Gruber used the complete Knit Together Bundle with Misty Moonlight and the Well Defined stamp set for her Christmas card swap:

She used some of the pieces cut-out from the front to embellish the inside!

Gail Connelly used the Seasonal Swirls Dies, Wintry 3D embossing folder, Painted Christmas Designer Paper, Real Red 3/8" Sheer Ribbon, and a sentiment and the birds from the Classic Cloche stamp set. She used a piece of Window Sheet to create a diorama effect!

Finally, Ruth Bingle used the Sweets & Treats stamp set with the Cloche Dies and Parisian Flourish 3D embossing folder to create a yummy card!
