Stampin’ Up! Sealed With Love Note Cards!

Hey there! Yesterday CRAZY! Darcy has decided NO MORE NAPS, and she's not yet two!

Today I have the note cards I put in the gift bag I showed you Monday. I used the Writing Notes Background with Sealed with Love to create 6 different flat 3" x 3" note cards:

Starting with 3" x 3" Pool Party squares, I layered on 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" Whisper White that I stamped with Soft Sky and Writing Notes.

Sealed with Love has 27 different stamps, making it easy to do 6 different cards!

These would be fun to tuck into a briefcase, lunchbox, or under a pillow!

They would also be cute as a tag, or attached to a pretty candy box or just a piece of Valentine candy!

You can probably think of more ideas!

LOVE the lips! My mom always wore dark RED lipstick. These make me think of her!

The back side of each one is the same, leaving plenty of room for a personal note.

To stamp the Writing Notes so it looks like the top corner of a sheet of ruled school paper, ink the stamp with Soft Sky ink. It's easier to pat the ink onto the stamp to get the most even coverage than to try to press the stamp on the inkpad.

Leave the stamp rubber-side-up on your crafting table. Lay the 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" white square on the corner of the inked stamp. Hold in place while gently pressing the paper so the image doesn't blur.

Stampin’ Up! Sealed With Love Giftbag!

Hey there! Today's projects are adorable gift bags using Sending Love Designer Paper!

Each bag uses two sheets of 6" x 6" paper:

Score two pieces at 1 1/2" on three sides, and 3/4" on the fourth side. The 3/4" scored side will be folded over on the bag top, so pay attention to the direction of your designer paper patterns.

Fold all scored lines. Cut out the 1 1/2" squares in the two bottom corners.

I used Tear & Tape Adhesive to assemble my bag. I added a 1 1/2" x 3" piece cut from the designer paper packaging between the bottom flaps for extra stability.

Punch holes through the top folded layer to insert ribbon handles.

Decorate as desired and fill with candy, money, gift cards, or anything else that fits!

I created tags using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch, Confetti Hearts Punch, Sweetheart Punch, and Sealed with Love stamp set. I tied them with Gold 1/8" Ribbon, adding a Gold Foil arrow using Love Notes Framelits and a Sending Love Embellishment.

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day!

First, a Valentine created by Janace Charbonneau combining Layering Circles Framelits, Swirly Scribbles Thinlets, and Sunshine Wishes thinlets with Hearts & Stars Decorative Masks:

The Candy Cane Lane Baker's Twine is retired, but easily substituted with Whisper White Solid Baker's Twine from the Annual Catalog.

Wendy Lee used Wild About Flowers with a Watercolor Wishes Card Kit sentiment for her creation. This picture doesn't do it justice!

Wendy expertly sponged Elegant Eggplant, Night of Navy, and Perfect Plum, with a bit of Basic Black at the edges to achieve "shadows and light". She stamped the 'triple time" technique and mounted on a Petal Burst-embossed Elegant Eggplant base.

Stampin’ Up! More Inspiration from OnStage!

Hey there! As promised, I'm back again today with more ideas and inspiration from the OnStage Local event I attended in Kansas City, MO a couple of weeks ago!

"Carousel Birthday"and "Lift Me Up" are two sun sets I can't wait to get to play with! Stampin' Up! let us pre-pre-order Lift Me Up and its' coordinating "Up & Away" Thinlet Dies. Some of the Carousel Birthday images (the cupcakes) can be cut with Up & Away Thinlets Dies, so I will have to order it when the full pre-order for demonstrators starts on December 1!

A display stamper combined the "Lift Me Up" balloons with "Sliding Star Framelits" for the card on the left, and created a brilliantly colored one on the right, floating over mountains and trees cut with "Outdoor Adventure Framelits".

The possibilities are endless with this set for a bright and happy card!

"Cool Treats" is another set I can't wait to play with! It bundles with "Frozen Treats Framelits". Perfect for birthday cards, party invitations, and favors!

So Many cute ideas! The gift bag on the right was created with Kraft Tag a Bag Gift Bags and sponged with a Heart & Stars Decorative Mask!

Of course there's an adorable Valentine set, "Sealed With Love" combined here with "Up & Away Framelits" and Happy Heart embossing folder.

A fun monster set called "Yummy in My Tummy":

There's a really great masculine set, "Nailed It", coupled with "Build It" Framelits Dies. This card also features a new Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, "Hexagons"!

Here's all of the "Nailed It" tools in action, housed in an adorable little paper tool box!

Finally, the set that may turn out to be my favorite from the Occasions Catalog, "Beautiful You"!

This set is beautiful when watercolored, but also has "swish" stamps that are designed to fit perfectly inside the dresses for quick and easy coloring!

Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Words for a Valentine!

Hey there! I know thinking about Valentines seems weird, but it's never too early to get ready for the next holiday!

I created today's card to swap at Dallas OnStage last weekend. I wanted to swap something that would have a little more "display life", past the upcoming holidays.

I used Annual Catalog Watercolor Words to create this:

After I stamped the heart with Rose Red ink on Whisper White, I embossed with the Happy Heart Textured Impressions Folder.

I created two versions because of a boo-boo while prepping assembly-line style!

My first version had the corner of the Rose Red layer un-punched by the Curvy Corner Trio Punch, which I had used to punch the corner of the Whisper White layer stamped with "love" from Watercolor Words and Archival Basic Black.

While I was assembly-line stamping, embossing, and punching the pieces for 25 swaps, I accidentally punched the Rose Red layer as well as the Whisper White, so I layered them, off-setting them slightly so the Rose Red gives a pretty shadow under the white.
