Stampin’ Up! Give It A Whirl Sweet As A Peach!

Hey there! Today I have another Give It A Whirl dial-a-sentiment card created with the retiring Sweet As A Peach Bundle of stamps and dies, and retiring You're A Peach Designer Paper!

All of the sentiments on this card are from the Sweet As a Peach stamp set.

I accidentally adhered my sentiments to the dial in the wrong order, so I used a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to show which way to turn the dial.

The sentiments are all stamped with Calypso Coral ink.

I'd been having a bit of trouble with my dials easily turning when I only used one layer of Foam Adhesive Strip, so I stacked two of them on top of each other and it really helped a lot!

I inked the peach first with Pale Papaya, then used the "rock & roll" technique to add the touches of Calypso Coral ink before stamping on Basic White. The leaves are stamped with Pear Pizzazz ink, then all cut with Peach dies. I added Champagne Rhinestones to the card front to give it some sparkle.

I repeated the rock & rolled peach on the inside with another Sweet As A Peach sentiment.

The Sweet As A Peach Bundle and You're A Peach Designer Paper are on the Last Chance Retiring List! Stampin’ Up! Whirling Sails!

Hey there! Today's card is created with the Give It A Whirl dies, Let's Set Sail Bundle, and the Gentle Waves Background stamp. I love seeing what I can fit into the window cut with the Give It A Whirl dies!

I split this greeting from Let's Set Sail into three parts so it could be read as you turn the dial on the card!

I highlighted the words with Silver Foil stars, cut with a die from the Give It A Whirl set.

Love it!

I used a sentiment from Sunny Sentiments. It's one of the best birthday sentiments in the Annual Catalog! I hope it doesn't retire. Stampin’ Up! Hats Off For Mark!

Hey there! Today I'm sharing the birthday card I created for my kids to give to their daddy with his birthday present. I used the Hats Off Bundle and Give It A Whirl Dies!

I adhered a piece of In Good Taste Designer Paper to the front Early Espresso layer before I cut it with the Give It A Whirl die. I cut the "window" next, then added the stamped the sentiments and stars through the window.

I love this phrase from Hats Off!

I cut the hat from Mossy Meadow, stamped with Mossy Meadow ink. I repeated the gold stars, cut from gold foil, with Hat Builder dies.

Inside I stamped this sentiment from the Sunny Sentiments stamp set in Early Espresso ink and added the adorable miniature cap from the die set!

Stampin’ Up! From All of Us for Lando!

Hey there! Today's card was created with the From All of Us stamp set and the Give It a Whirl Dies. I created it to give to my grandson, Lando, when we celebrated his 7th birthday last Sunday. (Lando and Darcy were born barely a month apart and have always been best friends).

After stamping with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, I colored the group for the front of Lando's card with Stampin' Blends, then cut out with my Paper Snips. I adhered them to the Bark 3D embossed layer that I had previously cut with one of the Give It a Whirl Dies with dimensionals.

The phrases and hearts showing through the dial-a-phrase window are included in From All of Us!

Inside I stamped a sentiment from Happiest of Birthdays and finished it off with one of the trees included in From All of Us.

I used a Black Stampin' Write Marker (available to order all by itself, however I forgot to include it in the supply list posted below) to stamp just the ostrich on the envelope.

I added a die-cut peach to the second sentiment.

Stampin’ Up! A Good Man for Jim!

Hey there! I still haven't been able to do any stamping this week with Vacation Bible School still going on (two more nights!), but I remembered I had this card I'm sharing with you today in my stash. I had taken the pictures minutes before giving the card away!

I needed a masculine birthday card in a hurry one day last week, so I reached for the A Good Man stamp set and my new Give It A Whirl dies for some fun!

I used three of the eight sentiments in this set to stamp in the three "windows" of the card.

The wheel you turn has little scallops on it to make it easier to grab with your finger. The simple contraption is secured in the center with a brad. The dies cut the holes for the brad as you cut out the pieces, so there's no guesswork of where to put the holes!

This sentiment is my fave!

Inside I used a sentiment from Peaceful Moments. I stamped the "HAPPY B-DAY" from Happiest of Birthdays on the envelope flap.

The give it a whirl dies may look complicated, but I was able to figure it out without having any written or video instruction. (I'm not bragging, they are just THAT EASY!)
