Stampin’ Up! Let It Snow Gift Card Holder!

Hey there! I found this "Twisted Gate Fold" that I decided to turn into a gift card holder with the Let It Snow Suite!

I used Let it Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper, the Snowman Season stamp set, and Snowman Builder Punch to create this cute gift card holder!

There's a print in the Let It Snow Specialty that has sparkly snowmen that fit perfectly into the Snowman Builder Punch, so I used them to create the embellishment focal image for these!

When you punch out the snowman, you are also punching out this hat and arms, so I simply flipped them over to the Real Red side for this project!

Inside I simply added a strip of 1 1/4" wide Let It Snow paper to make the pocket to insert the gift card.

The dimensions for the base of the gift card holder:

5 1/2" x 7 1/2", scored at 2 1/2" and 5" creates the three equal sections. Then you score diagonally on the two end sections to create the fold.

I have included more detailed instructions to make this project at the bottom of this post.

Tomorrow I will post a smaller version of this project that will fit in a Medium Envelope and include the measurements and directions!

Stampin’ Up! Broadway Birthday Castle for Ivory!

Hey there! I was unable to post yesterday because my internet has been blinking in and out a lot over the past few days. sigh.

BUT! Today I want to share with you the princess castle birthday card I created for Ivory's 3rd birthday!

I used the Broadway Birthday stamp set and Broadway Lights Dies along with the Brick & Mortar 3-D folder, Mosaic 3-D folder, and a Layering Oval die to create this one-of-a-kind card:

I say this is one-of-a-kind because usually I make a second card while I'm making the first one so I have one for display, but I was short on time yesterday and only made one. This card is NOT hard to make; I'm including directions to make it at the bottom of this post.

I cut "Wish!" from Sparkle Glimmer paper, and created the exclamation point from the center of the "h" loop and the swirl of the "s".

All of the sentiments are from Broadway Birthday.

Stampin’ Up! Toile Christmas Cardinal!

Hey there! Yesterday was a very productive day, stamping-wise, as well as a fun day with my granddaughter, Darcy! She painted with water, stamped with a fun retired set I had saved for her, played with stickers, and ended the day with a 4-wheeler ride in the dark with her PaPa and I! We stay strictly on farm ground, no roads whatsoever, on well-worn paths mostly, so very safe! It was chilly, so we put on coats and wedged her between us so she stayed warm! Sweet memories!

Today I want to share with you an ornament I created with the Toile Tidings Suite on pages 6-9 of the Holiday Catalog:

Today I want to share with you an ornament I created with the Toile Tidings Suite on pages 6-9 of the Holiday Catalog:

I have to say this turned out exactly the way I imagined it in my head!

I sponged the edges of the white heat-embossed cardinal and the Garden Green wreath with Crumb Cake ink for a vintage look.

I added Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels for pops of color.

Sunday Swap Day on Monday!

Hey there! My weekend was crazy busy! I spent a big chunk of Friday helping Jessica photograph an adorable set of newborn twin girls, then Saturday I made a batch of homemade pumpkin ice cream to take to Grace & Troy's 2nd Annual Pumpkin Palooza! Everything was pumpkin-themed, Pumpkin pizza, Pumpkin salad dressing & croutons, Pumpkin pasta, and of course yummy Pumpkin desserts! Then evening culminated with a Pumpkin-carving contest!

Sunday was spent with our church family at our Annual Homecoming service and "dinner on the grounds", then a lazy afternoon, including a little nap!

The handsome fella I'm sitting with at the Pumpkin Paloooza is my oldest son, Troy!

With all of that going on, I am just now getting back into the swing of things to post some swaps!

Today I want to share a couple of gorgeous fall swaps with the Gather Together Bundle.

This first swap did not have any creator's name. I love the combo of Merry Merlot and Copper! The Come To Gather Designer Paper inspired it all!

The copper foil paper was cut and embossed at the same time with Gathered Leaves dies.

This swap was created by Chris Kolly. Chris used two more prints from the Come to Gather Designer Paper along with the Word Wishes Bundle:

A Word Wishes die cut out "Thanksgiving", and the pumpkins were stamped and cut with the Gather Together Bundle.
