Stampin’ Up! Christmas With the Yes Mam’s!

Hey there! My Yes Mam! Stampers had a Christmas Party! Our gift exchange requires it must either be made or packaged with Stampin' Up!

Angie Lisk used Wonder of Christmas, gold heat-embossing the angel, and adding a gold Metallic Foil Doily.

Joanne Cantrell adhered Clear Tiny Treat Boxes to create a "tree"! She used Holly Berry Happiness Bundle and Hang Your Stocking.

Tina Biby's created tags with Candy Cane Christmas, curling strips of designer paper for the bow.

She also made a hot chocolate packet, adding a Bow Builder punched bow. Kraft Rope Trim (in the Year-End Closeouts at 40% off) is a great addition to these projects.

Kraft Rope Trim also adorns this cello bag of Candy Cane Christmas-wrapped chocolate nuggets. The tag is created with the Merriest Wishes/Merry Tags Bundle.

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day Angels, Bells, and Stars, Oh My!

Hey there! It's Sunday Swap Day!

First, Katy Simecka created a lovely tri-fold with Wonder of Christmas! (10% off starting tomorrow!)

She embossed the front, cut with a Lots of Labels Framelit, with the Lucky Stars folder.

She gold heat-embossed the angel, then colored with ink squeezed on the inkpad lid and a blender pen.

The third section needs no embellishment!

Next, Kim Vogel created a wedding card with Seasonal Bells, Mint Macaron, and Very Vanilla:

She used Petals & Paisleys Designer Paper and the 3/8" Ribbon Trio Pack.

Gold Wink of Stella accents the bell clappers.

Stampin’ Up! Wonder of Christmas for the October Online Class!

Hey there! Today I'm sharing the third and final card in the October Online Class using Wonder of Christmas. I used the "Stained Glass" technique to color the angel:

All of the stamps used on this card are included in the Wonder of Christmas set!

Stained Glass Technique: the angel was gold heat-embossed on vellum, then colored on the back side with Subtles Stampin' Write Markers. It gives the angel a soft look.

I created the background by stamping phrases from Wonder of Christmas with Pool Party ink. After I finished coloring the angel, I mounted her on Whisper White. Adhering vellum can be tricky because the adhesive shows through. I solved my problem by piercing two evenly-spaced holes through both layers and then tying gold twine in a bow.

I cut a star from Gold Glimmer paper with a Starlight Thinlet. It is adhered with a glue dot. I added an extra glue dot between the white and vellum layers too. The tiny white scalloped edge is cut with a Shaker Shapes Framelit.

Inside is all stamped with Pool Party and more Wonder of Christmas sentiments. When you receive your October Online Class cards, these words will be embossed with gold.
