Hey there! My card today features the Pirates & Mermaids stamp set from the Annual Catalog. I created this card for my granddaughter, Darcy, for her 7th birthday. I used the soon-retiring Sale-a-bration designer paper, Simply Marbleous 6" x 6", along with the Waves of the Ocean Bundle, available to order in March!

There are no dies to cut out the mermaid, so after stamping and coloring with the new Natural Tones Stampin' Blends Markers, I hand-cut her with Paper Snips. I also stamped her mermaid tail on Simply Marbelous Designer paper, cut it out, then glued it on. I added Clear Wink of Stella for some shimmer. I attached her to the card with a "wobble". I bought a pack of them on Amazon since Stampin' Up! doesn't sell them. I also added a couple of 2021-2023 In Color Jewels to her tube top to mimic the "seashells" that so many mermaids are shown wearing. To make her wobble, all you do is flick her with your finger . . .

. . . and she wobbles!

It has a removable cover over the adhesive on the top and the bottom so it is easy to attach to the item you want to "wobble" and your project base.

I stamped the greeting from Pirates & Mermaids on Basic White, then cut with one of the label dies in the new Waves Dies you can order in March. The little Bermuda Bay-stamped starfish are from Pirates & Mermaids.

I cut Supple Shimmer 12" x 12" Specialty paper, from the January-June Mini Catalog, with a Waves Die, then used tiny dots of Liquid Glue to add to the card front.

A note about the Supple Shimmer paper: in the catalog and in the supply table below the paper looks pink and blue. The blue is actually more of a light Pool Party with an iridescent white sparkle.

Inside I stamped more Pirates & Mermaids images with Bermuda Bay ink and a wave image from the Waves of Inspiration stamp set with Pool Party ink.
