Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day!

Hey there! Yesterday I went Christmas shopping with my daughters, daughter-in-law, and my two oldest granddaughters in Evansville, IN, so no blogging, but today is Sunday, so of course it's time for Sunday Swap Day!

First, Cathy Miller created her swap with the Be Jolly stamp set and Wintry 3D embossing folders.

The inside is a fun pull-up gift card holder!

Next, Karen Kurz used the Banner Year and Festive Foliage stamp sets with the Give It A Whirl dies.

She put fun in each turn of the window!

"Guess Who Loves You?" is also found in Banner Year.

This stamp set is filled with 29 individual images, including this greeting and the tiny Santa hat!

Kathy Morgan used the Tidings and Trimmings bundle with Tidings of Christmas Designer Paper with Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Finally, Meg Holland used the Peaceful Cabin Bundle with Cork Specialty and Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper.

Stampin’ Up! A Mini Jam Jar of Christmas Tags!

Hey there! Today I have a couple of cute projects to share with you that I've been working on for the craft fair this weekend. I saw where someone (I don't remember who) used the Jar of Flowers stamps and Jar Punch to make gift tags, so I decided to make some for Christmas!

I decorated the jar lids with Pattern Party Host Designer Paper on the left and Gingerbread & Peppermint Designer on the right. The greeting is from Sweet Little Stockings stamp set. I used a Christmas Trimmings die to cut the holly leaves, and cut the circles for the lids and greeting with a couple of the smaller Layering Circles dies.

This jar contains 6 tags, each adorned with Playful Pets trim to match the jar lid. I stamped the "To: From:" found in the Tidings & Trimmings stamp set with Real Red ink on the Kraft side of the tags, along with a Stampin' Up! copywrite stamp to fulfill the Stampin' Up! Angel Policy. I added a Cherry Cobbler Holiday Rhinestone to the holly on the jar lid for some sparkle.

The tags came together very quickly because so much of it was punched with the Jar Punch. I added a single Mini Stampin' Dimensional to the back of each tag for easy attachment to a package.

Stampin’ Up! Christmas In July Triangle Layers with Tidings & Trimmings!

Hey there! Today I have my final card created for Christmas in July Week! I was flipping through some past creations and ran across a couple of cards I had created with this technique. I'm still not sure what it is called, but you can find my previous creations, with dimensions and tips, HERE and HERE.

The Tidings of Christmas 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper is so pretty, and on sale 15% off right now, so I wanted to create one of my Christmas In July Week cards with one of the pieces. The designer paper is one piece of double-sided Tidings of Christmas, cut on the diagonal in an "X", then two opposite pieces are flipped over before adhering to the card front.

I used this sentiment from Tidings & Trimmings again, and then added open stars, which are also from the same set. I cut it and the Evening Evergreen mat layer with Stitched So Sweetly Dies. I finished it all with a few Cherry Cobbler Rhinestones and a bow tied from Evening Evergreen 3/8" Chevron Weave Ribbon.

Inside I stamped the same stars with Evening Evergreen ink, and the Tidings & Trimmings sentiment with Cherry Cobbler ink.

Stampin’ Up! Tidings & Trimmings Faux Corner Flip Fold for Christmas In July Week!

Hey there! Today I have another Tidings & Trimmings card to share with you for Christmas In July Week! I created a "Faux Corner Flip Fold" with the Tidings & Trimmings Bundle and Tidings of Christmas 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper.

I cut out the sentiment from Tidings & Trimmings with a Stitched So Sweetly die, then accented it with holly and a bow cut with Christmas Trimmings dies. I finished them off with Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Inside I stamped another Tidings & Trimmings sentiment, and added another pair of holly leaves. The berry is also cut with a Christmas Tidings die. The die set provides a die with several tiny berry circles you can cut with one die!

Stampin’ Up! Christmas In July Tidings & Trimmings!

Hey there! I'm back again today with another card for my Christmas In July Week! Today's card is an easel-fold with the Tidings & Trimmings bundle again:

I love how you can really feature the card front with the easel-fold!

I stamped one of the stockings from Tidings & Trimmings with Cherry Cobbler ink, then cut with a Christmas Tidings die. The trims peeking out of the stocking top are also cut with Christmas Tidings dies.

I made sure I stamped the greeting before embossing the Very Vanilla layer with one of the Wintry 3D embossing folders.

I stamped and cut a Tidings & Trimmings star with a Christmas Trimmings die, then adhered with Stampin' Dimensionals to create the "stop" for the easel.

I love this Tidings & Trimmings card so much! I can't decide which one, yesterday's or today's, I like best!
