Hey there! Welcome to the Alaska Achiever's Blog Hop! Our May theme is the Share What You Love Bundles!

I've created a bunch of cards with the "Gotta Have It All Bundle" for my Share What You Love Stamp-a-Stack this weekend, but this one is just for this hop!

I punched a Share What You Love print and Blackberry Bliss cardstock with the retired-and-sold-out 1 3/8" Circle Punch, but a 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" circle punches would work as well. I layered the circles on the Mint Macaron layer embossed with the Petal Burst folder.

 This Share What You Love print has so many cute little mini-images in it. It was fun to pick out the ones I liked best! I added coordinating Share What You Love Artisan Pearls to a bloom on each circle. The Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon is soooo pretty!

 I off-set the coordinating Blackberry Bliss circle for a less structured look.

 I punched more prints from the Share What You Love paper with a 3/4" Circle Punch to frame the Love What You Do sentiment.

Hey there! We had a lovely Mother's Day yesterday. Everyone was here, at least for a little while, and after lunch we had a long, lazy afternoon. With the 9 grandbabies it was actually action-packed with lots of sandbox time! A GREAT DAY!

Today I'm sharing the last card I created for my "Share What You Love" Stamp-a-Stack, which is  this coming Saturday at my house. We will be making 10 different cards for $25 or free with a $50 Stampin' Up! product order.

I love ALL of the prints in the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Paper pack, but this print is my favorite!

I punched the sentiment with the 1 3/4" Circle Punch and then layered it on a Starburst circle punched from Basic Black. I accented the greeting with Artisan Pearls, which are included in the "A Little More" and "Gotta Have  It All" Bundles, which are exclusively only available this month!

I'm purposely leaving the inside blank so it can be an all-purpose card for just about any occasion!

Stampin’ Up! Love What You Do and Make a Difference!

Stampin’ Up! Love What You Do and Make a Difference!

Hey there! The Make a Difference stamp set is pat of the "A Little More, Please" Bundle and the "Gotta Have It All" Bundle from the Share What You Love Suite promotion this month. Make a Difference is an alphabet set, but the thing that sets it apart from all other alphabet sets in the catalog is that you can stamp each letter so it looks like handwriting! This is SO COOL!

First, here's the card front. I used Tranquil Tide, Basic Black, Whisper White, and Share What You Love Specialty, that beautiful pearlized designer paper!

The white circle is punched with the 2 1/4" Circle Punch, then layered on a scalloped circle cut with a Layering Circle Framelit. Leaves are stamped with Mint Macaron, and Basic Black Baker's Twine and a rhinestone colored with a black Sharpie finish it off.

I stamped "Happy Birthday" with the Make a Difference stamp set! Love What You Do doesn't have a "happy birthday", so I made my own with Make a Difference. This set contains upper and lower case letters, script and type, and even includes the exclamation point!

Stampin’ Up! A Good Day!

Hey there! I used Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper (which is retiring and now sold out) with A Good Day for my cards today. Thanks to Linda Heller for the stamping on muslin inspiration!

I stamped on muslin fabric with Basic Black ink  (retiring), coloring the image with Stampin' Write Markers using a light touch of the marker to keep the ink from bleeding.

For my next creation I simply flipped the first Delightfully Detailed print over to the other side!

I layered the focal image on a Stitched Shapes square, which mimics the stitching stamped around the "bring on the sunshine" image. I colored the clouds with Pool Party and the Sun with Daffodil Delight markers.

Tips for using the Mini Embroidery Hoops:

1. After stamping and coloring the image, cut out with a Layering Circle Framelit and Big Shot. The framelit won't completely cut through the whole circle, but it will cut enough you can easily finish the job with Paper Snips.

2. Punch about 5  circles from Whisper White or Very Vanilla Thick card stock to adhere behind the muslin image. Use the 1" Circle Punch for the smaller hoop and 1 1/4" for the larger hoop. Adhere the circles together into a stack using Liquid Glue.

3. Adhere the Mini Embroider Hoop around popped-up image  with Liquid Glue.

4. Adhere the whole piece to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Hey there! Just a quick post before church this morning. I want to share with you three awesome swaps I've received using the Hold on to Hope set!

This card created by Kathy Johnson was the inspiration for the Touches of Texture Mini-Easel card I shared with you earlier this week HERE.

Kathy kept her colors simple: Berry Burst & Whisper White! Kathy also used a bunch of the dies in the coordinating Cross of Hope Framelits.

Susan B. Levasseur combined Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper (retiring and now SOLD OUT) with Crosses of Hope to create a WOW card:

I love this verse from Isaiah 46. God always keeps his promises!

Finally, my sister Stampers Dozen Blog hopper, Judy Garza, used Night of Navy, Old Olive, and Whisper White for her card. She cut the cross from Silver Foil, embossed the Old Olive background with the Layered Leaves Dynamic folder, and added a Clear Faceted Gem to the center for some sparkle.

Hey there! I'm in a swap group that exchanges 21 cards each month. Last month we had a "tic tac toe" challenge. Here's the two sets of challenges we had to choose from. All we had to do is choose three in a row and include those elements in our creation:

 Inking the inside of the Garden Trellis folder makes the embossing really pop!
