Stampin’ Up! Friendly Hello Center Easel!

Hey there! Today I have another center-easel-fold card to share with you, this time created with the entire Friendly Hello Sale-a-bration bundle!

I used my favorite print from the Friendly Hello Designer paper, then used Basic Black, Basic White, and Pool Party card stock with Pool Party and Tuxedo Black ink!

I stamped "HELLO friend" with Pool Party on the Basic White layer before embossing with the Meadow Moments embossing folder. I added a piece of Black 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon and some Matte Black Dots for pops of black.

I hand-cut a bloom to add with a couple of dimensionals to create the easel stop.

I colored the blooms and the birdie with Light & Dark Pool Party Stampin' Blends alcohol markers. I added touches of Clear Wink of Stella for some extra shine.

Stampin’ Up! Hello Ladybug!

Hey there! Today I want to share this fun card with you that I created for a swap I participated in last month for J&J Mini Catalog and Sale-a-bration products. My card today uses the Hello Ladybug Bundle and Flowering Fields Designer Paper from the J&J Mini!

After stamping the ladybug wings with Poppy Parade ink on Basic White, I stamped the dots with Tuxedo Black Memento and then added Clear Wink of Stella to give them some shine. You can stamp the ladybug body with black ink, but I saved time by punching the body from Basic Black card stock.

I combined two phrases from Hello Ladybug , "hello" and "my friend" on the same stamp block to create the greeting, and added a ribbon bow with my favorite Black & White 1/4" Gingham Ribbon. I added Matte Black Dots to the Poppy Parade-stamped flowers, also from Hello Ladybug. The Matte Black Dots really pop against this color palette of Poppy Parade, Pear Pizzazz, Basic White, and Basic Black!

Inside I stamped another Hello Ladybug sentiment, as well as more Poppy Parade blooms.

I used Black Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the wings to the ladybug body, as well as to adhere the body to the card. These dimensionals come in a combo back of both regular-size and mini dimensionals. Black dimensionals are less noticeable with you are using darker card stocks.

This card was really easy and fun to make! I didn't even get tired of making the 21 I needed for my swap!

Stampin’ Up! Sharing Sunshine!

Hey there! Most of the stamping I have been doing since Christmas has involved mostly new products from the January/June 2022 Mini Catalog that couldn't be ordered until tomorrow, January 4th, which is one reason I decided to take a little break from posting here on the blog. However, I did create one card with a current stamp set, Sharing Sunshine, that I only used a few new products on, so I think it will be o.k. to share it with you today!

After stamping the sun with Daffodil Delight and Mango Melody ink, I added the smily face with Misty Moonlight ink. I cut the clouds with dies from the new Rainbow of Happiness Bundle.

"Happy Birthday" is from the Sharing Sunshine set found on page 39 of the Annual Catalog, stamped with Misty Moonlight as well. After adding a piece of 3/8" Denim Ribbon over the line where the stamped Basic White layer meets the rainbow-hued piece of Sunshine & Rainbows 6" x 6" Designer Paper, I added a Crushed Curry Playing With Patterns Resin Dot.

Inside I used a sentiment from Rainbow of Happiness, and stamped the sun-ray image along the bottom with Mango Melody ink. I added a scrap of Sunshine & Rainbows designer along the bottom just to bring it all together.

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day December 19!

Hey there! Today I have a group of gift card holders to share with you! This is my last Sunday Swap Day for 2021, but don't worry, I will be back on Sunday, January 2nd with a brand new crop of swaps to share!

Inside she created a simple folded pocket for the gift card with the opening accented with a partial punch with the Label Me Lovely Punch.

Laura Barto used a variety of punches, including the Sprig, Detailed Trio, and Starlit (which will appear in next year's Holiday Mini), to create her snowman gift card holder.

Ruth Bingle used the Pine Tree Punch with Tidings of Christmas Designer Paper, both from the Annual Catalog, to create her pretty card/gift card holder.
