Jan Farring used a "Joy fold" with the Ride the Range stamp set, Stitched So Sweetly dies, and In Good Taste Designer Series Paper:

Finally, Kathy Morgan also used the Snailed It stamps with Snail Mail Designer Series Paper. She used Rococo Rose card stock (retiring soon) for her card base.
