Enjoy Life and Country Road Cruise Swaps!

Hey there! I'm back again today with more cruise swaps to share with you! Today's creations were made with the Enjoy Life and Country Road stamp sets!

The creator of this fun silhouette-style card sponged multiple colors to create an lovely sunset look, using a punched-circle-mask to create the setting sun!

The inside revealed more sponged sunset layers and a continuation of the sentiment on the front!

I love the weather vane stamped directly on the Wood Textures Designer Paper! A bit of Linen Thread tied in a bow is a lovely textured touch!

Stampers Dozen Blog Hop August Color Challenge!

Hey there and welcome to the August edition of the Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! Our theme this month is this Color Challenge:

So summery, don't you think?

After I pulled out all three colors of card stock and inkpads, I was stumped for a bit. My first thought was a floral set, but then I pulled out the Time for Tea bundle!

I embossed the Crumb Cake layer with the Climbing Vine Textured Impressions folder, then used stamped-off Crumb Cake ink on the backgrounds of the white doily cut with a Spot of Tea Framelit behind the teacup and the greeting punched with the Pretty Label Punch. I added a Whisper White 5/8" Polka Dot Tulle bow for more girly-ness!

Inside I used another lovely sentiment from Time for Tea.

Stampin’ Up! Broadway Bound Cruise Swaps!

Hey there! My stint helping with the new baby ended last Friday, but with a granddaughter's birthday party, church, and the Perseid Meteor Shower to star-gaze with my husband, I've only had a chance to stamp ONE card! I will be sharing that card with you tomorrow evening when the Stamper's Dozen August Blog Hop goes live, but for now I'm sharing another group of swaps from the Alaska Incentive Trip swap boards.

Today's swaps all used the Broadway Bound Bundle and suite found on pages 68 & 69 of the Annual Catalog!

The "Hooray" greeting on this card is a two-step photopolymer stamp: one of the solid red, the second to stamp the polka-dot "lights"! See that tiny silver candle? It's from the Candle Embellishments pack!

This "card" is actually an embellished acrylic box to hold cards!

The Classic Label to punch part of the greeting, Broadway Lights Framelits to cut the "Wish", and a Red Rhinestone Basic Jewel for some bling!

The colors on this card make it appropriate for either sex. Better Together images are paired with Stitched Labels and Glitter Enamel Dots.

A watercolored background with layers for Little Elephant, punched with the Elephant Builder.

Touches of Texture on the Balmy Blue background of this Little Elephant card are a nice touch!

Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape for a feminine Little Elephant creation!

Blackberry Bliss, Soft Seafoam, Blushing Bride, Lemon Lime Twist, and Whisper White! The Softly Falling folder embossed the Soft Seafoam background.
