Stampin’ Up! Abstract Impressions Cruise Swaps One More Time!

Hey there! Today's creations were all made with the Abstract Impressions Bundle!

A color combo of Granny Apple Green, Whisper White, Highland Heather, and Gorgeous Grape features the background layer embossed with the Subtle Dynamic folder.

A Big Thank You provides the greeting and Garden Impressions DSP (Designer Series Paper) was layered and cut with a Springtime Impressions Thinlet. Whisper White 5/8" Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon adds some "pop"!

The Highland Heather background of this project was created with the Springtime Impressions Thinlets and new Embossing Mats. The focal image/greeting was cut with a Stitched Labels Framelit.

The Tufted Dynamic folder was used to emboss the Pear Pizzazz layer for an elegant look. The greeting is from Perennial Birthday.

Flirty is the word for this card with a Flirty Flamingo, Lemon Lime Twist, Blueberry Bushel, and Whisper White color combo!

Stampin’ Up! Stampers Dozen Blog Hop In With the New!

It's time for another Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! Our theme this month is "Anything Goes!"

I've had the Abstract Impressions Bundle on my crafting desk for a few days so I decided to create with it!

I used So Saffron for my card base, adding a 2" wide strip of Garden Impressions Designer Paper.

After stamping the rose stamp from Abstract Impressions with Versamark, I added a 1/4" wide strip of Crushed Curry. I cut the butterfly from Vellum using a Springtime Impressions Thinlet. I adhered it with a glue dot and added a Clear Faceted Gem.

After stamping "thank you" with Crushed Curry I cut it out with a Stitched Labels Framelit.

I cut another butterfly from Garden Impressions DSP, folded it in the middle so it would bend outward when the card is opened, then adhered with glue dots.

See how it folds as you close the card? EASY!

Stampin’ Up! Abstract Impressions – I used the stencil on a card!

Hey there! While I was sponging through the stencil cut with a Springtime Impressions thinlet for the card I posted yesterday, I decided to use the sponged stencil on a card too!

Balmy Blue is SUCH a PRETTY color! There's a hint of green in the ink that I don't really see in the card stock, it's almost like a light Island Indigo! After I used the stencil to sponge on the card I showed you yesterday, I applied liquid glue to the back of the stencil to adhere to this card.

I heat-embossed the greeting with white powder, then added a Share What You Love embellishment with a glue dot.

Before I adhered the sponged stencil to the front I used it like a stencil on the inside white layer.
