Stampin’ Up! Flowering Fields for Sale-a-bration!

Hey there! Today I have a cute CASED card from team member Joanne Cantrell!

Flowering Fields images were stamped on Whisper White with Archival Basic Black ink, then colored with Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry, Blackberry Bliss, and Old Olive, Pool Party, and Marina Mist ink refills and a blender pen.
Card base is Lost Lagoon, layered with Old Olive and Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper from Sale-a-bration.

I added a bit of shimmer with my Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush!

I stamped inside with black ink, adding a pop of color with Pool Party and Marina Mist ink refills.

All sentiments are from Petite Pairs.

Joanne's swap had this adorable "picket fence", created with the Word Window Punch and Hardwood Background stamp!

Stampin’ Up! It’s My Party Balloon Celebration!

Hey there! How about a bright and happy birthday card to cheer things up today?

After I created yesterday's card with the Balloon Celebration set and Cherry On Top paper, I pulled out my new It's My Party Designer Series Paper stack. There are a couple of balloon-print papers in it too!

I used the It's My Party DSP colors of Basic Black, Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Mint Macaron, and Crushed Curry!

Inside I embossed with the Confetti Textured Impressions folder before stamping the "my friend" phrase from the Hello Sale-a-bration set. I added little balloons punched with one of the Party Punch Pack punches, then hand-drew the strings using the 01 width (skinniest) Project Life Journaling Pen.

I LOVE to line my envelopes to match my card. It's easy with the Envelope Liner Framelits and gives the whole ensemble such a custom-made look!

Stampin’ Up! Balloon Celebration!

Hey there! I'm late posting today because we had no internet for a good bit of the day. Today's card is created with the new Occasions Catalog set, Balloon Celebration and the Cherry on Top Designer Series Paper Stack from the Annual Catalog.

I used the colors in the designer paper of Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, Watermelon Wonder, and Cucumber Crush to stamp the balloons. I then punched them out with the Balloon Bouquet Punch.

Whether stamped and punched or stamped overlapping as I did on the inside, these colors are so bright and happy!

After assembling the card front I painted a few of the balloons with my Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush. It's hard to see in these pictures, but think of Shimmer Paint in an AquaPainter and you've just about got it!

I punched the "Happy Birthday", included in the Balloon Celebration set, with the Washi Label Punch, then added punched Bermuda Bay and Watermelon Wonder Washi Labels behind it.

Stampin’ Up! Balloon Celebration!

Stampin’ Up! Number of Years Birthday Giraffe for Lando!

Hey there! Yesterday was Lando's first birthday! We gathered at our house for Sunday dinner and to celebrate!

I try to make each grandchild a special birthday card. Lando's favorite is a giraffe, so I CASED the baby card I made HERE, making it more "manly"!

The Island Indigo 4 1/4" x 11" card base is scored at 5 1/2" and 8 1/4", layered with Pear Pizzazz embossed with the Lucky Stars folder. The body is So Saffron and Cajun Craze for spots.

The Number of Years set provided "HAPPY", stamped three times on So Saffron and punched with the Washi Label.

After punching once with the wavy edge near the right end of "HAPPY", I re-inserted back into the punch and punched the left end.

I also used the "1" and "ST" images from Number of Years, cutting the number one with the matching Large Numbers Framelits Die.

I used the Alphabet Rotary Stamp for Lando's name, also punched with the Washi Label Punch.

The card opened all the way:

I also created a second card for my display. This giraffe's neck was made with Daffodil Delight card stock, a mistake I did not notice until after I had him assembled and on the card. Oh well!

Here's the major punched pieces I used, including how many of each:

The leg pieces are 1/2" x 1 3/4", and I used the 1 3/4" Circle, Extra-Large Oval, Large Oval, 1/2" and 3/4" Circles, Elegant Butterfly, Owl Builder, and Tree Builder Punches. The tail and the giraffe horns were created with hangers cut with the Baby's First Framelits.

Stampin’Up! Grateful Bunch!

Hey there! Just a quick post this morning to share with you the final card from my Stampin' In the New Year class last week. Again, I took one of the monthly swaps I have received, stepped it up and finished the inside. I'm pretty sure Karen Kurz created the original using the Grateful Bunch Bundle of stamps and Blossom Bunch Punch:

After stamping and punching with the Blossom Bunch Punch, the flowers were colored with a So Saffron marker and adhered with dimensionals. An Iced Rhinestone was added to the largest bloom and regular rhinestones were added to the remaining two. The dotted leaf behind the blooms was stamped with Pear Pizzazz, then subtly colored with So Saffron ink and a Blender Pen.

Inside I stamped the lace trim from Grateful Bunch, "Happy Birthday" from Butterfly Basics, and colored the stamped butterfly with the So Saffron Stampin' Write Marker.

Stampin’ Up! What I Love for Sale-a-bration!

Hey there! Today I have a similar card to the one I posted HERE.

I remade it using the What I Love Sale-a-bration set.

Why did I remake it? This card is a December Online Class card. I waited until after the holidays to work on the class card packets. I have MISPLACED the 3 ROSE stamps to create the original card. I have all of the rest of the stamps in the Picture Perfect set – the hummingbird, the starfish, all the greetings. Instead of spending hours and hours hunting, I remade the card using the What I Love stamps. "hello my friend" is still the same, from the HELLO Sale-a-bration set. The missing stamps WILL turn up, they always do,even if it isn't until next year. lol!

I used the same Watermelon Wonder 1" Stitched Satin Ribbon with a Very Vintage Button and Basic Black Baker's Twine.

Inside I used the same phrases from Happy Happenings.
