Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance CASEing Myself!

Hey there! Today I want to share with you a card that I CASE'd (Copy And Selectively Edit) from myself! I was stamping up some leftover class kits when I decided to change the card a bit using most of the original supplies. I liked it so well I knew I needed to share it with you!

My original card on the left used the Butterfly Brilliance bundle of stamps and dies, Peaceful Moments and Dragonfly Garden stamps, and the Basic Patterns Decorative Masks with both White Craft and Balmy Blue Ink.

I kept the same basic layout and stamps for my CASE, but instead of using the mask and a Blending Brush, I stamped part of the Butterfly Brilliance background image with White Craft ink, then heat embossed with White Powder.

I added Elegant Gems to the butterfly bodies just like I did in the original.

Since I will be packaging most of these up to offer at my next Craft Fair, I decided to leave the inside free of any sentiment so they can be used for multiple occasions.

Stampin’ Up! Great Tidings!

Hey there! Today I have the 8th card that we are making today and next Saturday at my Christmas Card Stamp-a-Stack, Great Tidings!

All of the sentiments and images were stamped on the Kraft Specialty Paper before it was embossed with the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder.

These sentiments are from Great Tidings.

This sentiment is from the Stars Are Shining stamp set and is also the name of the music represented by the Merry Melody 3D embossing folder!

I did not emboss this panel so there would be signature room!

I added strips of Blackberry Beauty Specialty paper to the opposite sides of the narrow panels. This paper is Blackberry Bliss, just like the card base and ink, but is gold embossed. I also added several Gilded Gems to highlight the sentiments and the wise men's gifts for the Christ Child.

This card will fold up and fit inside a medium envelope just like a regular card.

I think this card turned out to be my favorite of all of the Stamp-a-Stack cards!

Stampin’ Up! Snow Wonderful Snowflakes!

Hey there! Today I have another card to share with you that I have created for my Christmas Card Stamp-a-Stack tomorrow! I used the returning-from-last-year Snow Wonder with the Wonderful Snowflakes embellishment to create this Circle-Cut-Out card. I embossed the front white layer first with one of the Wintry 3D embossing folders. then used a Blending Brush to lightly add Misty Moonlight ink to make the snowflake design "pop"!

I used white heat embossing for the Snow Wonder greeting, cut with an Ornate Frames die.

I stamped the inside sentiment, also from Snow Wonder, with Misty Moonlight ink. I added a 1" strip of Silver Foil embossed with the same Wintry 3D folder.

I adhered one of the Wonderful Snowflakes with a glue dot to the Misty Moonlight circle cut from the front, then added a Night of Navy Holiday Rhinestone.

This card came together very quickly! It would be a good one to mass-produce for Christmas!

Stampin’ Up! Snow Wonderful Snowflakes!

I used white heat embossing for the Snow Wonder greeting, cut with an Ornate Frames die.

I stamped the inside sentiment, also from Snow Wonder, with Misty Moonlight ink. I added a 1" strip of Silver Foil embossed with the same Wintry 3D folder.

I adhered one of the Wonderful Snowflakes with a glue dot to the Misty Moonlight circle cut from the front, then added a Night of Navy Holiday Rhinestone.

This card came together very quickly! It would be a good one to mass-produce for Christmas!

The card I'm sharing with you today is one that I've created for my Christmas Card Stamp-a-Stack at my house this weekend with the Bright Baubles Bundle:

I used the pre-cut and scored Basic White Note Cards & Envelopes to make prepping for this card kit quick and easy! I cut the white snowflake ornament from Snowy White 12" x 12" Velvet and the circle underneath is Green Foil. I accented the ornament with Real Red 3/8" Sheer Ribbon and a diamond-shaped Silver Epoxy Essential.

I stamped "MERRY & BRIGHT" from the Bright Baubles stamp set with Real Red ink on a 1/2" x 3 1/8" scrap of Basic White. The Red, White, and Green colors contrast nicely with the Basic Gray/Smoky Slate/White colors of the Peaceful Place Specialty Designer Paper strip in the background.

I used more Bright Baubles images on the inside, stamped with Real Red and Smoky Slate.

At first glance this list may look as if every stamp set in the catalog is on sale. Only all of the CLING (red rubber) stamps are on sale 15% off. So check the list and check your catalog and place your order as early as you can before the website gets bogged down with late-evening ordering!

Now, here's my card to share with you today, a Corner Flap-Fold with Tidings of Christmas Designer Paper and the Words of Cheer Bundle!

I used Cherry Cobbler, Evening Evergreen, Sahara Sand, and Soft Succulent to coordinate with the colors in the Tidings of Christmas designer paper. I cut out the greeting with a Stitched So Sweetly Die.

I used a Christmas Cheer die to cut the Cherry Cobbler twigs, then adhered them with Gold Holly Leaves using glue dots. The Gold Holly Leaves are my gift with a $50 online purchase this month! I finished them off with Cherry Cobbler Holiday Rhinestones, which are easy to add because they have their own adhesive on the back!

Inside I stamped another Words of Cheer sentiment in Cherry Cobbler and stamped the bouquet behind it with stamped-off-once Soft Succulent.

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day October 17th!

Hey there! Today is Sunday, so of course I have swaps to share!

First, a Penguin Place slider card by Linda Pagel!

She combined Pansy Patch sentiments with one from Penguin Place.

A full pull shows the rest of the Pansy Patch sentiments.

Nancy Juliano combined the Snow Wonder stamp set with Wintry Embossing folder and Beauty of the Earth Designer paper. The sentiment is from Time of Giving from the Holiday Mini Catalog.

She used a fun-fold called a bridge fold.

I just wanted to show you how pretty these snowflakes and swirls are from Time of Giving!

Stephanie Flath used the Sweet Little Stockings Bundle with Sweet Stockings Designer Paper to create her swap:
