Stampin’ Up! Basket Bunch Punch Art!

Stampin’ Up! Basket Bunch Punch Art!

Hey there! Today I have another punch art chocolate bunny for you!

I used Succulent Garden Designer Paper with Mint Macaron and Sweet Sugarplum, adding Chocolate Chip for the bunny!

Stampin_up_my_hero_carolpaynestamps1

I used the Fox Builder, Festive Flower Builder, and Blossom Builder to create the punch art bunny, punching his sparkly tail from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.

The greeting is from the My Hero Ronald McDonald set, cut with a Layering Ovals Framelit. I added a bit of Mint Macaron grass cut with a Basket Bunch Framelit.

Stampin’ Up! September Paper Pumpkin Something Good To Eat!

Stampin’ Up! September Paper Pumpkin Something Good To Eat!

Hey there! My September Paper Pumpkin kit arrived! I used a few of the stamps to create a batch of cute "hello" cards:

Stampin_up_something_good_to_eat_carolpaynestamps1

I kept my design simple, using Kraft 12"x12" card stock for the card base, and stamping on Very Vanilla with Delightful Dijon, Early Espresso, and Old Olive ink.

Stampin_up_something_good_to_eat_carolpaynestamps2

I've been itching to use the Seasonal Decorative Masks from the Holiday catalog, so I sponged Old Olive ink with a Sponge Dauber through the "petals" mask.

Stampin_up_something_good_to_eat_carolpaynestamps3

After sponging through the mask, I flipped it over and "stamped" the inside Very Vanilla layer with the left-over ink before adding Cottage Greetings sentiments.

Stampin_up_something_good_to_eat_carolpaynestamps4

The Delightful Dijon-sponged version. I also sponged the envelope flap.

Stampin_up_something_good_to_eat_carolpaynestamps5

I stamped two sunflowers, cutting with Paper Snips. After layering with a dimensional in between, I stamped a third flower with Old Olive to add for leaves. "A Happy Hello To You" was stamped with Early Espresso.

Stampin_up_something_good_to_eat_carolpaynestamps9

The sunflower works as a single layer too. I wound Gold Metallic Thread around my fingers a couple of times, pinched in the middle before adhering under the dimensional attaching the flower.

Stampin_up_something_good_to_eat_carolpaynestamps7

Cottage Greetings offers several perky sentiments!

Stampin_up_something_good_to_eat_carolpaynestamps11

I altered my original design by stamping the sentiment first, then sponging through the mask to leave the sentiment area free of color.

Stampin’ Up! No April Fool These Projects Were Made By Martha!

Stampin’ Up! No April Fool These Projects Were Made By Martha!

Hey there! It's April, and today I'm sharing some cute projects made by Martha Swift! Martha is a dear friend in my downline under another dear friend, Angela Black!

Martha always brings some pretty projects to share to our meetings that I want to share with you!

Stampin_up_balloon_celebration_carolpaynestamps_1
Martha used Bohemian Designer Series Paper with the collar fold, adding a greeting from Balloon Celebration.

Inside she used sentiments and stamps from Party with Cake:

Stampin_up_party_with_cake_carolpaynestamps_1

I love the way she double-punched the Bermuda Bay scallop behind the candle scallop to give it more zip!

Next, Martha used Cottage Greetings and Petite Petals for her drapery fold card:

Stampin_up_cottage_greetings_carolpaynestamps_1

She used the same format for a pretty thanks card:
Stampin_up_cottage_greetings_carolpaynestamps_2

The Curvy Corner Trio Punch adds so much to the card inside!

Finally, Martha created this for an Easter basket, but it would make a nice spring or Mother's Day banquet favor:

Stampin_up_petite_petals_carolpaynestamps_1

She used a retired punch, the Flower Medallion punch and the Petite Petals stamp set with the Petite Petals punch. Her colors are Old Olive and Pink Pirouette.

Stampin’ Up! Cottage Garden Thank-You!

Stampin’ Up! Cottage Garden Thank-You!

Hey there! Today I need to show you the thank-you cards I made for the sweet mommy at our church who is having twins! I like to help a new mommy by making her a stack of thank-you cards, then hand out the envelopes at the shower so the guests can write their name and address on them for her.

I kept the design simple,so I started with the adorable "thank you" from the Cottage Greetings set. I cut a tie from Sweet Lil' Things Designer Paper using a Baby's First Framelit, and then cut a girly little bow from the same paper with a Handpicked Framelit and added the tiniest pearl to the bow center:

Stampin_up_cottage_garden_1 - Copy

One thing when you are combining stamping and embossing, you MUST stamp the words first BEFORE you run the paper through the Big Shot, which is what I did before embossing with the Decorative Dots folder. (wanna know how I know this????? lol!)

These cards came together very quickly, just in time to tuck into the rest of the gift!

You can order the supplies to make your own special baby thank-you's from my online store: www.carolpayne.stampinup.net
