Check out the list of discounted items I am posting below, than RUN to my online store to place your order before supplies run out! http://bit.ly/shopwithCarolPayneStamps
Today's card I created for my son's birthday. He loves the outdoors, so I used In The Meadow, stamping on the Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to create this:
I embossed the Very Vanilla strip, and embossed the Early Espresso card front too!
I love the look of stamping on the negative side of the embossing folder so you get the look of the images being behind the trees!
Now, I know that acorns and pine cones do not grow on the same tree, and certainly not on the birch trees in this folder, but I love the look of all of it together, don't you?
The phrase "To someone who's great around . . " just barely fit inside the acorn builder punch!
All of the stamped images in this card are from In The Meadow.

Hi Carol,
Love this time of year, but sometimes it’s so busy busy it goes by in a blur. Wish there was a way to make it a little more intentional. Guess if I seriously worked toward it from July on it would help! lol!
As for Troy’s card, I stamped directly on the Woodland Embossing Folder with the In the Meadow deer and tree images before I inserted the card stock to crank through the Big Shot. I stamped on the side of the folder that has the spaces between the trees raised UP so the images will look like they are behind the embossed trees after it comes out of the folder. I sponged the embossed tree trunks with Crumb Cake ink after I removed it from the folder. I embossed the Early Espresso card front with the same folder. I added a narrow mat of Cajun Craze behind the stamped/embossed layer to help it pop. Does this help? Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
