Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day on Tuesday, More Sale-a-bration Swaps!

Hey there! I'm sharing more Sale-a-bration swaps today because on February 15th Stampin' Up! releases a second collection of Sale-abration choices!

Karen Kurz stamped the Tea Together teapot on a Grapefruit Grove Foil Sheet (SAB) , cut with a Tea Time Framelit. The greeting was cut with a Well Written Framelit.

Jenna Roby used Tea Together and Tea Time Framelits (you need to order $100 before tax & shipping to get them free). White Glossy card stock, All My Love Designer Paper, and Layered Leaves Dynamic Folder.

Lovely Lipstick and Soft Seafoam Stampin' Blends to colored the teapot.

France Martin used the other $100 Sale-a-bration freebie, Lasting Lily:

She colored the white side of a Colored Doily with Blueberry Bushel ink and added a few Gingham Gala Adhesive-Backed Sequins for sparkle.

Sharon Tong-Robinson also used Lasting Lily for her calm and serene sympathy card:

Stephanie Flath combined Lasting Lily with Gingham Gala 6" x 6" Designer Paper, a Heart Epoxy Droplet, and a Stitched Shapes framelit.

Stephanie used the Diagonal Fold technique to add more interest to a less-than-fun reason to send a card.

Stampin’ Up! Lovely Lattice with Sponge Daubers!

Hey there! I've been playing with the Lovely Lattice Sale-a-bration set. It's one of several great items you can choose from when you place a $50 Stampin' Up! order in my online store.

I started by heat embossing the image with gold powder on Very Vanilla card stock, then adding color with Sponge Daubers.

This card has a Blackberry Bliss base with a layer of Daffodil Delight Gingham Gala designer paper. I sponged the flowers with Blushing Bride, Daffodil Delight, and Blackberry Bliss ink, then colored the leaves and stems with a Light Old Olive Stampin' Blends Marker.

I punched the greeting from Kindness & Compassion with the Pretty Label Punch, then used a Needlepoint Elements Framelit to add the stitching. I punched a Blackberry Bliss Pretty Label to cut in half lengthwise and add behind the greeting. A single Gold Faceted Dot matches the gold embossing of the Lovely Lattice image.

I finished the inside with a simple companion sentiment from Kindness & Compassion.

Stampin’ Up! I Thought of YOU Today!

Hey there! I had fun playing with the Climbing Roses Bundle and All My Love Designer Series Paper the past few days! I created these cards for a swap I just mailed away on Saturday. I wanted to use the same layout as the panel cards, but need to speed-up the process, so I chose a couple of my favorite prints and used one print for each card!

The All My Love DSP coordinates with Crumb Cake, Whisper White, and Lovely Lipstick:

The Whisper White 5/8" Polka Dot Tulle is a perfect complement for this paper!

The Gold Metallic Pearl looks sort of Crumb Cake-ish when paired with this paper.

The font of this Kindness & Compassion sentiment coordinates well with the font of the greeting.

The Flirty Flamingo version:

The Rose Trellis Framelit to cut out the greeting is one of my newest favs!

Stampin’ Up! Climbing Roses!

Hey there! After I created the Wonderful Floral Romance panel card I shared with you yesterday, I tried the same layout with a brand-new pack of All My Love Designer Series Paper to see how wonderfully the prints coordinate together:

After I adhered 5 different 1" x 3 3/4" DSP strips to a 3 3/4" x 5" white panel, I ran it through the Big Shot with the Climbing Vine Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I tied a pretty knot with Whisper White 5/8" Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon:

I stamped this sentiment from Climbing Roses with Lovely Lipstick ink, then cut out with a Rose Trellis Thinlits Die. After adhering the greeting panel with dimensionals above and below the ribbon, I added a single gold Metallic Pearl to finish it all off.

Inside I stamped a sentiment from Kindness & Compassion with Lovely Lipstick ink, then stamped the mosaic-pattern image in the corners with Crumb Cake ink.

Stampin’ Up! Wonderful Romance Panel Card!

Hey there! I need thinking of you cards more often than any other, how about you?

I created this card with five 1-inch wide strips of Floral Romance Specialty Designer Paper so show off as many of the gorgeous prints as possible!

I adhered the 1" x 3 3/4" strips to a 3 3/4" x 5" white panel, then embossed with the Layered Leaves Dynamic Folder. I wrapped the panel with a piece of Rich Razzleberry 1/4" Velvet Ribbon before adding the greeting.

I stamped the greeting from Wonderful Romance and the accent flower on a white scrap, then cut each out with a Wonderful Floral Framelit Die. I colored the flower with both Light and Dark Rich Razzleberry Stampin' Blends to coordinate with the blooms in one of the panels.

I adhered the greeting and the bloom with Stampin' Dimensionals and a glue dot, respectively.

A single rhinestone was adhered to the center of the bloom.

For the inside sentiment I chose one from Life is Grand, and stamped Wonderful Romance leaves with Pear Pizzazz ink.

Stampin’ Up! Wonderful Romance!

Hey there! Welcome to the place where I share my paper crafting excitement and creations using only Stampin' Up! products! Today's card is created with the Floral Romance Suite on page 10 of the brand-new Occasions Catalog. This bundle was at the top of my "must-have" list as soon as I leafed through the catalog for the first time. Take a look and you'll see why:

I love the color palette of this suite: Fresh Fig, Mossy Meadow, Pear Pizzazz, Petal Pink, Sahara Sand, and Whisper White!

So much of this card is self-explanatory, but just let me make sure you know that the only fussy-cutting I did was to finish cutting out the blooms after I cut them out as much as possible with the Wonderful Floral Framelit die. After the open-work fat-oval die cut out the sentiment from Whisper White card stock, I sponged the edges with Sahara Sand ink. I wound Linen Thread several times around the stems before tying in a bow.

The "trellis" look after cutting with the Wonderful Floral die was what instantly sold me on this bundle!

I used a sentiment from Life is Grand to finish the inside.
