Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day!

Hey there! It's Sunday, which means it's time to share some swaps! yay!

First, Jan Rodrian used Apple of My Eye with Cherry on Top Designer Paper for her cheery creation:

A simple "thank you" and a repeat of the front lower edge complete the look.

Next, Katy Simecka used the Embossed Bleach technique with the Grateful Bunch set and Blossom Bunch Punch:

After heat-embossing the blooms with black powder, Katy used bleach in an AquaPainter to get the dimensional look:

Dena Tarkowski sponged the Rose Garden framelit-cut rose with Pear Pizzazz, Pink Pirouette, and Melon Mambo ink for her thank you card:

Finally, "Great minds think alike", isn't that what they say? Karen Kurz also sponged the Rose Garden framelit for her happy birthday card!

Stampin’ Up! Mediterranean Achiever’s Blog Hop All You Need Is Love!

Hey there!

Welcome to the Grand Vacation Achievers Blog Hop for January. This month our theme is “All You Need Is Love” . We are sure that you will find some incredible inspiration from the projects that you are about to see.

When I saw this month’s theme, I immediately thought of the Beautiful Ride stamp set from the Occasions Catalog. It is a bit funky, and the Volkswagon bug stamp is definitely 60’s retro-style, perfect to go along with the theme!

I used a “z-fold” for the Bermuda Bay card base, layered with Melon Mambo, and then a layer of Cherry on Top Designer Paper with a Pool Party design.

I stamped the “bug” on a piece of Blushing Bride paper from the Limited Edition Perfectly Artistic Designer Series Paper in the Sale-a-bration brochure, then fancy-cut it out with Paper Snips. I stamped the “LOVE”, hearts and “xoxo” images from Beautiful Ride, all with Archival Basic Black ink. First, Cathy Lingle used Party Wishes, Birthday Bouquet Designer Paper, and Pool Party 3/8" Glitter Ribbon for her creation:

Next, Angela Black used the limited edition The Sky's the Limit for her swap:

Becky Anderson used Everyday Chic Designer Paper from the Annual Catalog, Red Foil punched with the Sweetheart Punch and a Tea Lace Doily:

Inside she used a sentiment from the Occasions Catalog set, Suite Sayings, with red foil punched with the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack heart punch:

Joanne Cantrell chose the Botanical Gardens suite from the Occasions catalog for her creation, and used the "happy day" phrase from the Perfect Pairings Sale-a-bration set for the greeting:

Inside we left blank so it can be used for any "happy day"!

Finally for today, Linda Reaney also used the Botanical Gardens suite, adding in images from the Botanicals for You Sale-a-bration set and a greeting from Perfect Pennants, which is found in the Annual Catalog:
