Stampin’ Up! Mediterranean Achiever’s Blog Hop Holiday Catalog Preorder!

My creation today uses the extremely popular Holiday Catalog bundle, Cookie Cutter Christmas! This bundle of stamps and Cookie Cutter Builder Punch were the FIRST thing I put on my pre-order!

With gingerbread man, eskimo, reindeer, Santa, and teddy bear images, along with the coordinating bow ties, ears, face, and sentiments, you can make your whole card without needing any other stamps!

I did, however, stamp the "You put the Merry in my Christmas" from My Hero, the Ronald McDonald House Charities set before embossing the white layer with the Softly Falling folder. I used a 1" strip of Candy Cane Lane Designer paper, and tied a bow with Candy Cane Lane Baker's Twine.

I stamped the Gingerbread Man with Soft Suede ink, punched him with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch, and added the tiny Real Red heart, which is also punched with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch!

Inside is a 3/4" wide strip of Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper, and a Cookie Cutter Christmas sentiment!

My creation today uses the extremely popular Holiday Catalog bundle, Cookie Cutter Christmas! This bundle of stamps and Cookie Cutter Builder Punch were the FIRST thing I put on my pre-order!

With gingerbread man, eskimo, reindeer, Santa, and teddy bear images, along with the coordinating bow ties, ears, face, and sentiments, you can make your whole card without needing any other stamps!

I stamped the Gingerbread Man with Soft Suede ink, punched him with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch, and added the tiny Real Red heart, which is also punched with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch!

Inside is a 3/4" wide strip of Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper, and a Cookie Cutter Christmas sentiment!

Stampin’ Up! Wrapped in Warmth Sneak Peek!

Hey there! My swaps are ready to go the P.O., so I'm sharing one of them with you today! yay!

The Holiday Catalog is CRAMMED FULL of so many fantastically fun and gorgeous products it's was almost impossible to decide what to order first! One thing I had no trouble deciding to get was the Cable Knit Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder! It's big, 6" x 6", thicker and heavier than our traditional folders, and takes a little bit of adaptation to use, but it's SO WORTH IT! Lookie:

I combined it with the Wrapped in Warmth stamp set from page 13 of the Holiday Catalog. Even more gorgeousness!

The Cable Knit Dynamic folder make such a deep impression, you need to spritz the card stock with water before you emboss to keep the paper from cracking!

I stamped the greeting twice, first with Garden Green to punch with the Decorative Label Punch, then with Cherry Cobbler to punch just the "Christmas" with the Classic Label Punch. I adhered the Cherry Cobbler "Christmas" over the Garden Green one with SNAIL.

I used Cherry Cobbler ribbon from the 3/8" Silky Taffeta Ribbon Combo pack to help complete the "wrapped" theme.

The sweatery-textured pine tree also came in Wrapped in Warmth. After stamping with Garden Green and cutting out with my snips, I added it with a dimensional. I also added rhinestones to the greeting for a bit of sparkle.

Inside I used the same stamping technique to easily add the Cherry Cobbler "CHRISTMAS" to the Garden Green sentiment.

Stampin’ Up! Wrapped in Warmth Sneak Peek!

Stampin’ Up! Cookie Cutter Christmas Holiday Catalog Sneak Peek!

Hey there! I played with the Cookie Cutter Christmas Bundle, available September 1st in the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog!

Aren't these little bears just the CUTEST?! The Cookie Cutter Christmas Bundle is a 17-image photopolymer set and the Cookie Cutter Builder PUNCH! In addition to the bear, there's a Santa, Eskimo, Gingerbread Man, and Reindeer! Absolutely ADORABLE!!!

I started with 5" x 2" Kraft cardstock, punching with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch. I added 1 3/4" x 4" strip of Warmth & Cheer Designer Series Paper, available September 1. I LOVE the cozy, sweater-y prints in this 48-sheet 6"x6" stack!

With Stampin' Up! Firm Foam Classic inkpads you can make your little bears any color! I punched their hats with the Jolly Hat Builder Punch, which is also a Sneak Peek. I added the ball, cut from Whisper White Mini Pompom Trim, with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

The greeting is also from Cookie Cutter Christmas, punched with the Classic Label Punch.

Stampin’ Up! Swirls & Scribbles Snowman!

Hey there! Today I have the 4th card I created for my Christmas in July Class this weekend. I used the Swirly Scribbles Framelits and the Snow Place stamps to create this fun fellow!

We are cutting the Swirly Scribbles snowman body from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper for more sparkle!

Tree Builder arms are easy to add with Glue Dots. His hat, scarf, and greeting are all from the Snow Place stamp set, a carryover from last year's Holiday Catalog.

The tiny little snowman, Santa hat, snow flakes, and the inside sentiment are also from Snow Place.

Stampin’ Up! Best Birds for Christmas in July!

Hey there! I had a workshop on Friday night, Saturday morning a few of my team of Yes Mam! Stampers met at my house at 5:30 a.m. to travel up to Champaign, IL, for "Vacation Stamping School", a day-long meeting of inspiration, stamping, and sharing! On Sunday we had dinner with our family, and in the afternoon Mark & I attended a 40th anniversary party for life-long friends.Today I've been playing catch-up with laundry, dishes, etc!. Later today friends are coming to stamp with me, but so I'm sharing this project with you before the day gets away!

It's time for my annual "Christmas in July" class, and I created this card with the "Best Birds" Bundle for it!

I used the Woodland Textured Impressions folder for the Sahara Sand background.

I used images from the Reason for the Season set, stamping "Peace be with you" with Mint Macaron, stamping the "cheesecloth" image from Best Birds with stamped-off Sahara Sand, and cutting the bird with a Birds & Blooms Thinlet.

This card is just one of the four we will be making at my Christmas in July Class this weekend.
