Stampin’ Up! Snow Wonder Snowman!

Hey there! After the smashing success of my Snow Wonder card and video on Saturday for the Stampers Dozen Blog Hop I wanted to follow-up with a snowman card I created with the same set! I used Misty Moonlight and the Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper with the Winter Snow Embossing Folder and Blue Adhesive Backed Gems.

I stamped the snowman with Versamark ink, then heat-embossed with Clear Embossing Powder to get the tone-on-tone look!

"Happy Christmas" is included in Snow Wonder and was cut with a Snow Time Die.

I stamped the inside of this gate fold card with another Snow Wonder sentiment and snowflakes.

As I was creating this card I experimented with more than one embossing powder to see which look I like the best. I like the white heat embossed snowmen, but I feel the detail isn't quite as crisp. What do you think?

Stampin’ Up! Wrapped in Christmas!

Hey there! Since the Holiday Catalog opened for customer ordering last week, I think it's time I shared one of my newest creations, don't you think?

One of the first sets that caught my eye in the Holiday Catalog was "Wrapped In Christmas", so naturally I needed to order it and create with it first, yes?

I stamped the greeting from Wrapped in Christmas with Misty Moonlight ink before I embossed with one of the two Wrapped in Texture Embossing Folders. I framed the ends with Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels

I added the strip of Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper before embossing too. I love how this embossed design looks kind of like snowballs flying through the air, and these little tiny people playing in the snow are soooo cute!

Inside I stamped another Wrapped in Christmas phrase with Misty Moonlight ink, then added the tiny flourishes with Real Red ink. The strip at the bottom is another print from the Trimming the Town Designer Paper pack.

Stampin’ Up! Glimmer, Shimmer, & Shine!

Hey there! Whenever I think of "glimmer, shimmer & shine", Christmas ornaments come to mind!

For my take on the "glimmer, shimmer, & shine" theme, I created ornaments with the Snow Globe Scenes dies.

After cutting the Mossy Meadow trees with a Snow Globe Scenes die, I stamped with a Tiny Keepsakes image (retiring) and Mossy Meadow ink. After cutting the deer (also a Snow Globe Scenes die) from Gold Glimmer, I adhered both to the Mercury Glass Acetate circle with LOTS of Mini Glue Dots.

I rolled the acetate into a scroll, inserted through the opening, and it popped back into shape as soon as it was inside! I punched a hole in the top of the acetate to add a gold string before I inserted into the ornament. so I could keep the circle floating inside. I sprinkled in some sparkly "snow" and added a few punched sprigs of Mossy Meadow and Gold Foil to finish it off.

I computer generated the greeting, punched with Spring Mini sneak peek Label Me Lovely punch, then sponged with Mossy Meadow ink.

My second creation is all card stock, so it was too stiff to roll up, but I love it too!

I stamped the Very Vanilla circle with the Buffalo Check background using Cherry Cobbler ink before adhering the scene with liquid glue. Crumb Cake sponging gives it a vintage look.

I added Jingle Bells!

I punched the greeting with another Spring Mini sneak peek, the Label Me Fancy punch!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day on Monday, Snowman Season!

Hey there! I was in full crafting mode all last week for a craft fair booth with my youngest daughter, Alisa, and my newest daughter-in-law, Faith!

Today I am sharing Holiday Catalog swap samples using the Snowman Season bundle!
