Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day Wonderland Sneak Peek!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day Wonderland Sneak Peek!

Hey there! It's Sunday Swap Day, and today I have a bunch of swaps, all created with the Wonderland stamp set. This set will be available Tuesday September 1st in the Holiday Catalog!

First, Robin Merriman embossed Vellum card stock with the Softly Falling Textured Impressions Folder to layer over the Mossy Meadow evergreens from Wonderland:

Soft Sky-stamped snowflakes, Silver Metallic Thread, and Rhinestones add twinkle to the "Silent Night" greeting:

One end of the Softly Falling folder is practically a blizzard!

Next, Robin used the same evergreens from Wonderland, pairing with the Woodland Textured Impressions folder, Silver Foil paper, a Vintage Faceted button, Early Espresso 1/2" Seam Binding, and touches of Dazzling Diamonds Glitter:

Linda Pagel chose Merry Moments Designer paper for the background of her tri-fold Wonderland card:

She used greetings from Petite Pairs inside and out:

Katy Simecka used her brayer to layer  Elegant Eggplant and Wild Wasabi over the Basic Black-stamped Wonderland evergreens. She also did a bit of masking and reverse-masking to sponge the moon. Her greeting is from the Watercolor Wishes kit.

Sandy Carlson combined Winter Wonderland Specialty Paper with Wonderland, adding a layer of Gold Foil to complement the gold pine cones in the paper:

Stampin’ Up! Grand Vacation Achiever’s Blog Hop Holiday Sneak Peek!

GV_Blog_Hop_Banner_04

Hey there and welcome to the Grand Vacation Achievers Blog Hop for August 2015. The theme for the hop this month is Holiday Sneak Peek and we're all excited to share projects using new products from the upcoming Holiday Catalog!

You may be starting here at my blog, Carol Payne Stamps, or may have come here from the previous person to me on the list. Please be sure to click the person after me (which right now means you will want to go up to the top of the list and work your way back down to me) to move along the blog hop. If you get off track at any time, the full line up below will help you move along from blog to blog.

My creation for the hop features Flurry of Wishes Stamps and Snow Flurry Punch Bundle on page 25 of the Holiday Catalog:

I heat embossed the snowflake with white powder on Winter Wonderland Specialty Designer Series Paper. This paper has a "sheen" that photographs as haziness around the embossed snowflake. The tiny snowflakes are in the paper's design. I added a single rhinestone to the center for more sparkle.

I punched Silver Foil paper with the Snow Flurry Punch, using the smaller of the two snowflakes included in the punch. I added a Winter Wonderland Embellishment to the center with a glue dot.

Another glamorous addition to this card is the White 3/8" Glitter Ribbon. This ribbon is much more sparkly in real life, and is packaged with a roll of Gold 3/8" Glitter Ribbon.

Inside I stamped more Flurry of Wishes with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, adding a single rhinestone to the snowflake center.
