Stampin’ Up! Something for Baby One More Time!
Hey there! Today's card I created to go with the twins baby shower gift I shared the invitation for HERE.I shared the Thank-you cards I made HERE. I stuck with the color combo of Very Vanilla, Tip Top Taupe, Soft Sky, and Watermelon Wonder. I used another design from Sweet Li'l Things Designer Paper to create the envelope with the Envelope Punch Board. I used Tip Top Taupe 1" Dotted Lace Trim for the closure:
The envelope opens to reveal the attached card. I used Something for Baby and a sentiment from the Sky is the Limit Sale-a-bration set.
I stamped the baby carriage three times in three different colors. I stamped the carriage in Archival Basic Black on the Very Vanilla layer, cleaned the stamp and then stamped the carriage with Watermelon Wonder on scrap vanilla. I cleaned the stamp again, then stamped the carriage again on scrap vanilla with Pool Party. I used the carriage framelit from the Baby's First framelits to cut out the Watermelon Wonder and Pool Party carriages. I used Paper Snips to cut carriages apart, then re-assembled the sections over the black-stamped carriage, adhering with Stampin' Dimensionals. The finishing touch is the stamped tiny twin hearts!
I adhered the finished card directly to the gift, (which was a filled with diapers, wipes, and the thank-you's) with Stampin' Dimensionals.
NOTE: Do NOT use dimensionals to adhere to the outside of a non-paper gift. This card FELL OFF the gift before it even left my house!
