Stampin’ Up! In Color Good Morning Magnolia!

Hey there! The New Catalog starts today at Noon Mountain Time! To celebrate, I created these cards with Good Morning Magnolia and 2019/2021 In Colors: Pretty Peacock, Seaside Spray, Purple Posy, Rococo Rose, and Terracotta Tile!

I stamped the magnolia with Pretty Peacock, then colored the bloom with a sponge dauber and Pretty Peacock. I colored the leaves with a Light Old Olive Stampin' Blend.

In Color Card Stock base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored and folded at 4 1/4"

1st Whisper White: 4" x 5 1/4"

2nd Whisper White: 3 1/4" x 4"

2nd In Color Card Stock: 2 3/4" x 3 1/2"

3rd Whisper White: 2 1/2" x 3 1/4"

Stampin’ Up! Black Embossed Free As A Bird!

Today's card has the Free As A Bird birdies black heat-embossed on Crumb Cake!

To accent the birdies, , I used my Clear Wink Of Stella Glitter Brush.

The Classic Label-punched "HELLO" is from Free As A Bird .

I'm completely IN LOVE with the new Very Vanilla 3/8" Scalloped Lace Trim!!

I used another Stitched Nested Die inside for the sentiment panel. You will see me using these dies over and over in the coming months! They are bundled with Free As A Bird,, so you save 10% when you use the bundle item code!

A bit of sponging of Calypso Coral ink really makes the lace detail of the embossing really pop!

Next, Judi Anderson used just the flowers and leaves stamps from Free As A Bird with the Stitched Nested Labels Dies, bundled together for 10% savings for her creation:

Stampin’ Up! Free As a Bird!

Hey there! For today's card I used the new Free As a Bird stamp set and a little coloring with Stampin' Blends!

After I colored the birdie with Ivory, Crumb Cake, and a bit of Pumpkin Pie Stampin' blend, I adhered to the Starburst-punched circle and then embossed with the Subtle folder. A wrapped Mossy Meadow thread from the Mangnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack to pulls it all together!

This birdie is from the row of birdies stamp from Free As A Bird. After stamping with Tuxedo Black Memento, which is the ink of choice when you are coloring with Stampin' Blends, I colored him and then punched with a 1 1/2" Circle Punch.

I punched the greeting with the Tailored Tag Punch, then added little colored buds for some color pop!

Inside I used a piece of the envelope liner to accent the sentiment.

Stampin’ Up! Well Wishes and Magnolias!

Hey there! This afternoon is my Annual New Catalog Party and BOGO, and here's one of the cards we'll make!

I combined Magnolia Lane Designer Paper with a print that is actually the envelope liner!

I discovered the Magnolia Lane Large Specialty Memories & More Cards & Envelopes liners coordinate with TWO prints in the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper! The Whisper White background piece on top is the envelope liner.

I cut off three inches of the liner (useless inside the envelope) to use on the card!

Plenty of left to line the flap!

I cut a piece 3" x 4" to fit inside the pre-printed silver frame on the card front.

I cut "birthday" from Silver Foil using a Well Written die, then stamped "thoughts" with black ink on a scrap of Petal Pink. I punched the greeting with the Classic Label.

I cut the remaining scrap of liner into two 3/4" x 3" pieces to add to the ends of the inside sentiment layer. The sentiment is also from Well Said.

Although the Well Said/Well Written stamps and dies will be in the New Annual Catalog, they will NOT be bundled and you can't save 10% like you can if you order them NOW!
