Hey there! I created these cards with the Soft Sayings Card Kit stamps and a stenciling technique using both laser-cut pieces from the kit.

With the floral stencil I created one with dark sponging and another with a lighter touch.

I applied So Saffron, Berry Burst, Island Indigo, and Old Olive with Sponge Daubers.

Watercolor Paper provided more texture.

The Soft Sayings sentiments are so varied, there's one for almost any occasion!

The softly sponged version:

I sponged the star-pattern stencil with a medium amount of  Tranquil Tide, Lemon Lime Twist, and Berry Burst ink. Tranquil Tide 1/2" Finely Woven Ribbon and a few rhinestones to finish.

After finishing all 20 cards from the kit plus these three extras I still have several embellishments left to use with a kit refill!

Hey there! I made another stack of cards with the Soft Sayings Card Kit yesterday. I still used the card bases, stamps, and embellishments included in the kit, but I did add a few additional ribbons and sparkles to step them up  a bit.

These four are the 3 1/2" x 5" size:

The only non-kit item I used on these first two was Tranquil Tide ink:

I added Berry Burst ink for these next two:

I used Berry Burst, Tranquil Tide, and Powder Pink on these 3" x 3" gift cards:

A full-size 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" creation:

For this one I added Lemon Lime Twist ink and 1/2" Finely Woven Ribbon, and rhinestones.

A quick and easy one with Tranquil Tide ink & ribbon:

Last but not least, my favorite of the day, with Berry Burst ink and ribbon!

This kit is so fun! It would make a great gift for a new stamper, grandchild, or friend, and the additional refill means the fun doesn't have to end with just the first 20 cards!
