Stampin’ Up! Acorny Thanksgiving Favor!

Hey there! We took a little trip for Thanksgiving, so I didn't have an opportunity to blog, but today I want to share with you the table favors I made for our Thanksgiving with family in Tennessee. I used the same Envelope Punch Board design found in my last post HERE.

For my Thanksgiving version I used Petals and Paisleys Specialty paper and Acorny Thank You.

I made two versions, one with the Cajun Craze-based designer paper:

The other with Delightful Dijon:

I punched Copper Foil and Early Espresso with the Acorn Builder Punch, and hand-cut the greeting with Paper Snips.

The envelope is the perfect size for a chocolate square!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day Swappin’ With the Mams!

Hey there! Every month at my team meeting we swap card ideas. This month's theme was anything goes, so here's all 5 of them! (We had more attending, but not everyone swapped)

First, Becky Anderson, who now lives in Arizona, mailed her swaps to me to swap for her. She used the Pineapple background stamp as her focal image, mounted on a Boho Chic-embossed Pear Pizzazz background. Her sentiment is cut with a Mini Treat Bag Thinlet.

Her finishing touch is a Gold Foil bow, also cut with a Mini Treat Bag Thinlet!

Cathy Lingle combined Gorgeous Grunge, Fabulous Foil Designer Acetate, Gold Sequin Trim, and Basic Black Solid Baker's Twine on a Mint Macaron card base:

Angela Black used a Paisleys & Posies sentiment with Petals & Paisleys Specialty Designer Paper, both available to order on September 1st. The ribbon is from the 3/8" Ribbon Trio Pack, also available Sept 1!

Linda Reaney also used Paisleys & Posies to create a Triple Time stamping card. Her colors are Sweet Sugarplum, Flirty Flamingo, Peekaboo Peach, Dapper Denim, and Emerald Envy!

Finally, Martha Swift used the soon-available Pretty Pines Thinlets with a Wonderful Wreath Framelit for her swap.

She cut the pinecones from Copper Foil paper, and the pine branches from Emerald Envy, all mounted on the Softly Falling-embossed white background.

Inside Martha embossed with the Pretty Paisleys folder, then stamped a sentiment from the soon-coming Star of Light stamp set.

Well, that's it for today. After church this morning we are all off to Jessica's to celebrate the six birthdays our family has in August! yay!
