Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day on Monday!

Hey there! Busy, busy, busy weekend! We had our final Holiday Open House and Vendor Fair on Saturday, which was very well attended, and then on Sunday evening we threw the twins baby shower at church. Whew!

So today I have some cute little swaps to share!

Tamie Ackerson created this adorable little gift card holder with Merry Moments Designer Paper, Home for Christmas Designer Paper, Snow Place stamps set, and Gift Card Envelope and Trims dies:

Cindy Ewertz also used Merry Moments Designer Paper and the Gift Card Envelope and Trims dies, adding in the Oh What Fun stamp set for her creation:

She attached the gift card holder to the inside of the belly band!

Finally, Jan Rodrian used Red Foil paper with the Embellished Ornaments and Delicate Ornaments Dies for her gift card holder:

She used a die from the Project Life Cards & Labels Framelits to cut the slot to insert the gift card:

Stampin’ Up! Jolly Cozy Christmas!

Stampin’ Up! Jolly Cozy Christmas!

Hey there! Often when I play with my stamps I have LOTS of ideas, so I make multiple cards. Today's card is an continuation of my creative process with  Cozy Christmas. Last year I saw a card by Australian demo Teneale Williams that inspired today's card.

I used the Santa's sleigh from Cozy Christmas with a greeting from Oh, What Fun:

Stampin_up_cozy_christmas_4 - Copy

After heat-embossing the sleigh with white powder on Kraft card stock, I cut with the next-to-largest Star Framelit, then sponged with White Craft ink. I adhered to a Real Red layer dry-embossed with the Lucky Stars folder.

I heat-embossed "JOLLY" from Oh What Fun with white powder, then cut the end of the strip into banner points with my Paper Snips. After adhering with Stampin' Dimensionals, I added an adorable little star button from the Home for Christmas Designer Button pack. I threaded a piece of fiber pulled from the 1 1/4" Burlap Ribbon through the button before adding to the JOLLY banner with a glue dot.

Stampin_up_cozy_christmas_6 - Copy
Inside I heat-embossed a phrase and an image from Cozy Christmas and sponged the edges with White Craft ink.

Stampin’ Up! Cozy Christmas!

Hey there! I stamped a couple of new projects last night!

I finally ordered the Hearth & Home Framelits and Fesitve Fireplace stamps. There's so many adorable sets with matching framelits or punches in the Holiday Catalog!

I heat-embossed  the kitty from Festive Fireplace with silver powder on Basic Black, then cut out with a Festive Fireplace Framelit. Ms Kitty is perched on a Basic Gray layer dry-embossed with the Brick Wall folder.

The greeting is from the Oh, What Fun set. I punched the ends with the Curvy Corners Trio Punch, then added the bough of evergreens from Festive Fireplace, heat-embossed with clear powder on Mossy Meadow and cut with a Festive Fireside framelit.

Stampin_up_cozy_christmas_2 - Copy

I heat-embossed Santa's sleigh with black powder on Island Indigo, then heat-embossed stars from To You & Yours Too with white powder.

My Embossing Buddy was truly my best friend on this card!

"Happy Christmas" and the little holly sprigs are both from Oh What Fun.
