Stampin’ Up! New Weekly Deals, a Card, and More Sale-a-bration Goodies!

Hey there! I'm a little late posting this morning, I had my monthly swap to get out to the P.O. today. I know you will forgive me because this means NEW swaps to share next week! yay!

As you probably know, every Tuesday Stampin' Up! releases New Weekly Deals; items that are 25% off for the next week. Today they not only released new Weekly Deals, they added ANOTHER collection of Sale-a-bration items to choose from with every $50 order! yay!

Last week I played around with the Indescribable Gift set from the Occasions catalog, creating projects for a class I'm doing at a Women's Conference this weekend. This one will be in my display:

To start off, I brayered a piece of Irresistibly Your Specialty Designer Paper from the Sale-a-bration brochure with Pear Pizazz ink, then . . .

After heat-embossing the image with gold powder, I colored the blooms and buds with my White Chalk Marker.

I punched the greeting with the Modern Label Punch, layered it over a Crisp Cantaloupe Large Oval, then over a Whisper White Scallop Oval. I added a bow tied with Calypso Coral ribbon from the Sale-a-bration Best Year Ever Accessory Pack, and topped it off with a flower from the Blushing Bride Rosette Trim taken from the Artisan Embellishment Kit.

Inside I kept it minimal with Gold embossing Powder.

Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Basics!

Hey there. Still no baby. She has been having labor every evening, so it's getting closer. She's 41 weeks today. They won't let her go over 42, but we are hoping she goes on her own.

Today is a Liam day. We've had scrambled eggs, played with duplos, and watched a bit of Thomas. It's always fun to get to "play" with Liam!

Today's card is another from the January Online Class. We are using Butterfly Basics bundle with Irresistibly Yours Specialty Designer Paper (you can get the DSP FREE with a $50 order right now!)

The Circle Card Thinlet Die is a favorite for birthday cards. The Irresistibly Yours paper is white embossed images on white paper, then you add any color of ink you want with a sponge, spritzer, or brayer. I used a Stampin' Sponge to add Wild Wasabi ink, then removed excess ink from the embossed areas with a tissue.

As you open the center circle "flips" to reveal the Blackberry Blissed butterfly cut with a Butterfly Thinlets Die.

Open reveals the center birthday greeting from Hey You, and includes a bookmark stamped with the little bookworm from the Occasions Catalog Hostess set, Time to Celebrate. The top of the center panel and bookmark are punched with the new Ornate Tag Topper Punch!
