Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day!

Hey there! It's time for Sunday Swap Day! Today's swaps all used an element of the Basket Bunch Bundle!

First, Tamie Ackerson gave the Baby Bear an Easter Basket and eggs using the Basket Bunch Bundle, and a flower punched with the Blossom Bunch Punch!

Next, Amy Combs combined the Basket Bunch Bundle with Layering Ovals Framelits and Stitched Shapes Framelits, adding a Lace Doily, Subtles Enamel Shape, White Perfect Accent, and a Rhinestone Basic Jewel:

This egg-stra special easel card arrived without a creator's name! The creator used stamps from the Tye Dyed set to "dye" the eggs in the basket and hiding in the grass!

This swap also has no creator name, but it reminds me of candy with the three colored circles cut with Layering Circles Framelits!

Finally, Kathy Johnson paired the Basket Bunch bunny with the Circle of Spring set for a special Easter card. I love her softly watercolored look, accented with Dazzling Diamonds Glitter!

Stampin’ Up! Basket Bunch Daffodils!

Hey there! I'm working on the projects for my Basket Bunch class next week. Today's card is one we will be making. I wanted to use the Clear Block Background technique as a nice background for the daffodils!

I embossed the white layer with the Petal Burst Textured Impressions folder; layering it on the Daffodil Delight card base.

I used Clear Block D to stamp the Mint Macaron background square onto Watercolor Paper, spritzing the ink with a generous amount of water before pressing the block on to the paper.

I embossed the daffodils with white powder before cutting with a Basket Builder die and adhering with a dimensional. I colored the petals with a White Chalk marker.

Inside I used a Suite Sentiments phrase, stamped with Basic Black Archival ink.

Stampin’ Up! Easter Message!

Hey there! As a follow-up to yesterday's Easter-themed Sunday Swap Day, I wanted to share with you a card I created with the Easter Message set and Falling in Love Designer Paper:

I created a simple pocket on the front with Tip Top Taupe card stock and the Brick Wall Textured Folder.

The pocket holds a bookmark created with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, Blushing Bride and Very Vanilla card stock. I used a Sale-a-bration freebie ribbon on the tag. I stamped the Bible quote with Blushing Bride ink.

After lightly coloring the cross with a Blender Pen and Tip Top Taupe ink, I applied Clear Wink of Stella to the drape.

Inside I stamped the remaining Easter Message sentiment with Blushing Bride and the Easter lily with Tip Top Taupe. You can just barely tell that I colored the lily with Clear Wink of Stella too!

Stampin’ Up! Stamper’s Dozen Blog Hop March Edition Food Challenge!

Hey there! This post was going to be part of the March Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop, but I'm having major computer issues AGAIN, and although I am posting this morning, I couldn't get my post ready for the hop last night.

I created my card with a chocolate Easter bunny:

I used Fox Builder, Festive Flower Builder and Sprinkles punches to create my bunny!

I tied a Real Red 1/8" Ribbon from the Sending Love Ribbon Combo pack, and used a Gold Foil Sheet for the background embossed with the Sparkle folder and for the foil "wrapping" on the bunny!

I used the Sprinkles Punch to give the look of a bite from the bunny's ear.

The greeting is from Basket Bunch, as is the chocolate bunny stamped and cut out with Basket Builder Framelits.

The inside sentiment is from Suite Sayings. I crumpled a bit of Gold Foil Sheet to look like the empty wrapper.
