Puzzles & Pigs!

Posted on August 27, 2018 by Carol Payne

Hey there! The variety of the swaps that were created for the Alaska Incentive Trip was incredible! Of course, the entire new Annual Catalog to choose from, it was very easy to find inspiration!

Today's samples were created with Love You to Pieces and This Little Piggy!

This sample was created with the Love You to Pieces bundle, a Pearlized Doily, Balmy Blue, and Pool Party:

With the Love You To Pieces Bundle you can create your own personalized PUZZLE! The Puzzle Pieces Thinlets Dies easily cut a full 12-piece puzzle that interlocks and can be re-assembled. I LOVE this puzzle created with Animal Expedition Designer Series Paper!

Oh, the unreliability of photography! This sample looks like it is Balmy Blue and Whisper White, but after researching the accessories I've determined it is actually Bermuda Bay! The Bermuda Bay 1/4" Mini Striped Ribbon gave me the clue I needed!

This Little Piggy was paired with Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper and a sentiment from Stitched All Around for this fun card! Petal Pink is the perfect "piggy" color, and a Share What You Love Artisan Pearl and Petal Pink Rhinestone Gem lends some bling!

A supply shopping list for today:

Sunday Swap Day with Rooted in Nature!

Posted on August 26, 2018 by Carol Payne

Hey there! Today is our family's August Birthdays celebration! There are six of us with August birthdays, so we have a lot to celebrate!

For Sunday Swap Day I'm sharing a bunch of Rooted in Nature swaps from the Alaska Cruise swap boards.

This one incorporates the Nature's Poem Designer Series Paper, Layering Ovals Framelits, Leaves Trinkets, and Shaded Spruce Metallic Ribbon. A Stitched Labels Framelit was used to cut out the greeting:

This beauty combined Nature's Poem Designer Paper with the Painted Harvest set. The background was created with stamps from Touches of Texture and Embossing Paste!

The "reflection" technique was used to create this one!

The dies in the Nature's Roots Framelits easily cut out these trees!

Pretty, pretty!

This bundle is so versatile!

It can even be used to create the look of a painting!

Rooted in Nature can be purchased alone or in a bundle with the Nature's Roots Framelits. When you buy the bundle you save 10% from what you would spend to purchase them separately!

Rooted In Nature Clear-Mount Bundle [148353]	Rooted In Nature Wood-Mount Bundle [148352]	Nature's Poem Designer Series Paper [146338]	Layering Ovals Framelits Dies [141706]

Lovely Floral and Love What You Do Alaska Swaps!

Posted on August 22, 2018 by Carol Payne

Hey there! As I continue to sift through the pictures of the swap boards from the Alaska Cruise, I keep finding little gems!

Today I'm sharing cards created with the Share What You Love Suite from pages 176 and 177 of the Annual Catalog!

I love the way the Tranquil Tide and Melon Mambo card stocks and inks complement the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper used on this one:

The creator of this card used Stained Glass Thinlets with the new Big Shot Embossing Mats to turn a cutting thinlet into embossing one!

This Love What You Do sentiment is such a GREAT one! A die from the May Flowers Framelits creates an embellishment that coordinates well with the Share What You Love Specialty paper.

You can use your stamps and dies to create ANYTHING, including the embellishments for this Striped Treat Bag!

The Lovely Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Folder is another member of the Share What You Love Suite. The sentiment is from Southern Serenade. LOVE this font!

Use this supply list as you shop in my online store:

Love What You Do Photopolymer Stamp Set [148042]	Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper [146926]	Layering Circle Framelits Dies [141705]	Faceted Dots [146910]
Faceted Dots [146910]	Tranquil Tide 3/8" (1 Cm) Mini Ruffled Ribbon [146948]	Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies [145372]	Stained Glass Thinlits Dies [146347]
Big Shot Embossing Mats [146327]	Layering Ovals Framelits Dies [141706]	May Flowers Framelits Dies [140276]	Striped Treat Bags [144255]
