Stampin’ Up! Gold Mini Pizza Box!

Stampin’ Up! Gold Mini Pizza Box!

Hey there! I know I've been saying I'm trying to wait a little longer to share Christmas-themed projects with you, but this one I just simply can't wait any longer!

Originally created for this month's Stampers Dozen Blog Hop, I decided to wait to share it because it wasn't fall-themed, but I love how it turned out, as well as how simple and easy it was to make!

I started with a new Gold Mini Pizza Box from page 13 of the 2019 Holiday Catalog. These little babies are part of the Wrapped In Plaid Suite. I layered a 3" x 3" piece of Wrapped in Plain 6" x 6" Specialty Designer Series Paper. I put another piece the same size inside the lid to match.

Stampin_up_gold_mini_pizza_box_carolpaynestamps1

After punching the Pine Tree Punch tree I embossed with the new Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder, then adhered with mini stampin' dimensionals.

Stampin_up_gold_mini_pizza_boxes_carolpaynestamps2

I could of just left the tree a flat and shiny gold, but I loved how much dressier embossing with the Stylish Scroll made it!

Stampin_up_pine_tree_punch_carolpaynestamps1

I finished the box top with a 2 3/4" piece of Very Vanilla/Copper 1/2" Classic Weave Ribbon. This ribbon has "Merry Christmas" copper embossed in both script and a bold font. LOVE IT!

Stampin_up_gold_mini_pizza_boxes_carolpaynestamps3

I added another piece of the Wrapped in Plaid inside the lid just for fun.

Stampin_up_gold_mini_pizza_boxes_carolpaynestamps4

These boxes are Food Safe, as well as the right size to fit a gift card! Be sure to put a pack of these on your next order!

Measurements:

Wrapped in Plaid Designer Series Paper for box lid and inside: 3" x 3" – need two

Gold Foil for tree: 2" x 2 1/2"

Very Vanilla/Copper Classic Weave Ribbon: 2 3/4"

Stampin’ Up! Gather Together Post-It Note Holder!

Stampin’ Up! Gather Together Post-It Note Holder!

Hey there! Today I want to share with you these adorable Post-it Note Holders I created with the All-Around Wreath Dies and Gather Together Bundle!

My first version features the wreath cut from both Cajun Craze and Crumb Cake card stock which has been sponged with Soft Suede ink and layered together with snippets of mini stampin' dimensionals.

Stampin_up_gather_together_post_it_carolpaynestamps1

I colored the pearls with a Light Cajun Craze Stampin' Blend. The greeting from Gather Together was stamped on Soft Suede with Soft Suede ink before cutting with the Gathered Leaves Die. I generously sponged everything on these projects!

Stampin_up_gather_together_post_it_carolpaynestamps3

My second version is nearly identical, with the exception of Basic Adhesive-backed Sequins that I colored with the Light Cajun Craze Stampin' Blend.

Stampin_up_gather_together_post_it_carolpaynestamps6

Which one do you prefer?

Stampin_up_gather_together_post_it_carolpaynestamps8

I stamped the corner of each Post-It with Terracotta Tile pumpkins from Gather Together.

Stampin’ Up! Gather Together

Stampin’ Up! Gather Together

Hey there! I'm trying really, really hard to keep from posting Christmas projects until I've shared a few more fall ones, so today I'm sharing a Gather Together card I created for a swap. { I participate in swaps so I'll have fun things to share here for Sunday Swap Days!}

Stampin_up_gather_together_carolpaynestamps1

I combined the Gather Together Bundle (stamps & dies save you 10% over ordering individually) with the Stylish Scroll embossing folder and Heirlooms Frames Dies and 3-D Embossing Folders. My colors are Terracotta Tile, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, and Very Vanilla.

I have directions to make this card posted lower down in this post, including how I "stamped" with the leaf dies!

Stampin_up_gather_together_carolpaynestamps3

The inside sentiment is also from Gather Together.

Stampin’ Up! Masked Nature’s Beauty!

Stampin’ Up! Masked Nature’s Beauty!

Hey there! Today I'm sharing my final creations with Nature's Beauty. (at least for now!) I wanted to do something a little more technique-y, so I decided to use another one of the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks and Sponge Brayers.

I created two different color combos. The first with Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive, and Pretty Peacock:

Stampin_up_natures_beauty_carolpaynestamps5

And the second with Crushed Curry, Calypso Coral, and Cajun Craze:

Stampin_up_natures_beauty_carolpaynestamps1

I cut a mask from a Post-it Note with the largest leaf from the Gathered Leaves Dies, positioned it in the center of the Very Vanilla layer, then laid one of the Pattern Party Decorative Masks over it. I then used Sponge Brayers to add color, starting with Pear Pizzazz in across the lower left corner, Old Olive in the middle, and ending with Pretty Peacock across the upper right corner.

Mask 1

After removing the mask I stamped the deer and "wishing you" in the open leaf-shaped center with Early Espresso and Tuxedo Black ink.

Stampin_up_natures_beauty_carolpaynestamps2-1

I omitted the "well" from "wishing you well" from Gather Together by simply only inking the portion I wanted on the inkpad. It's easy to do when the stamp in photopolymer/clear!

Wishing you 1

Inside I used a sentiment from Perennial Birthday.

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day Harvest Hellos!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day Harvest Hellos!

Hey there! Today I'm sharing a great group of swaps with the Harvest Hellos Bundle!

First, a fun "basket of apples" by Stephanie Flath!

Stampin_up_harvest_hellos_carolpaynestamps2-1

Wendy Lee created her own pumpkin designer paper with heat-embossing and brayering!

Stampin_up_harvest_hellos_carolpaynestamps1-1

Renee Kohnke used the fun Monster Bash Designer Series Paper for her background.

Stampin_up_harvest_hellos_carolpaynestamps4-1

Jamie Albanese also used Monster Bash paper, heat-embossing the pumpkin with Copper powder, then using the "inlaid embossing" technique to dry emboss the gold foil to the white base with the Swirls & Curls folder.

Stampin_up_harvest_hellos_carolpaynestamps5-1

I forget about heat embossing designer paper, do you?

Stampin_up_harvest_hellos_carolpaynestamps6-1

Susan Carlson coordinated her apple with Come to Gather Designer Series Paper. For some reason, this card makes me think of  Snow White!

Stampin_up_harvest_hellos_carolpaynestamps7

This one does too! Carla Starry cut the bold "wicked" with the Wicked Die and Granny Apple Green card stock. I also love the way she created her background by simply stamping the apple outline with black ink!

Stampin_up_harvest_hellos_carolpaynestamps8

Finally, Melissa Thomas used Come to Gather and Pressed Petals Designer paper for her card. The adorable frame around the "feel better soon" greeting is from the Ornate Frames dies found on page 53 of the Holiday Catalog. Go check them out in my online store to see how truly awesome those dies are! You'll find the link in the supply list below!
