Stampin’ Up! Cute Fruit!

Hey there! We had a lovely family party yesterday to celebrate Alisa and Ivory! The weather was perfect for a beautiful fall day!

Today I'm sharing the card I made for my daughter, Alisa. One thing she serves at almost every party is fresh pineapple; so when I saw the pineapple images in the Cute Fruit stamp set, I couldn't resist using them!

The pineapple body and the top are two separate images, but because they are photopolymer (clear) they were easy to fit together! I stamped the body with Daffodil Delight and the top with Granny Apple Green ink. The whisper white strip I stamped on is 2 3/4" wide, so I added two 1/2" wide strips of Rainbow Glimmer Paper to coordinate with the pineapple and the Coastal Cabana card base.

The Cute Fruit stamp set contains three darling little face images, so I decided to personify this pineapple just a little! For my finishing touch I added a few stars from the All the Trimmings Embellishments pack, found in the Holiday Mini Catalog.

This greeting from the Happiest of Birthdays stamp set fit perfectly!

This sentiment, also from Happiest of Birthdays, was perfect for the inside!

Coastal Cabana card base: 4 1/4" x 11", scored & folded 5 1/2"

Whisper White focal image strips: 2 3/4" x 5 1/4" – need two

Rainbow Glimmer Paper strips: 1/2" x 5 1/4" – need four
