Stampin’ Up! November Cards-To-Go!

Hey there! Since these days are still pretty crazy and I know you probably are so busy there's barely any time to stamp and create, I've decided to offer a Cards-To-Go option this month!

Here's the way it works: Choose one (or more!) of the cards in the class that you would like to receive COMPLETED AND READY TO MAIL.

Pricing: 6 complete cards, including envelopes, for $36 OR Free with an order of $50 of Stampin' Up! placed either online in my store or sent to me via phone call, text, or private Facebook messenger. You can pay with a credit or debit card or you can pay me with Paypal (Carol Payne/carol@carolpaynestamps.com)

No matter which way you pay for your cards, shipping the cards to you is FREE!

If you choose to pay for your cards with a Stampin' Up! order the monthly card and embellishment gifts WILL apply.

You CAN purchase multiples of the same card or more than one of different sets, but you cannot split up a set (6 cards all the same in each purchase) You can purchase 6 of one and 6 of another, just simply multiply the sets by the way you choose to pay ($72 for 12 completed cards or a $100 Stampin' Up! order for 12 completed cards)

Stampin’ Up! Fall Review!

Hey there! My youngest son is moving back home so he can save money while getting his degree to teach High School English, so I am taking this first couple of days of the week to hunker down and get his room ready. You know how after your kids move out you just start using their room as a catch-all? Maybe you didn't do that, but I did and boy now I sure regret it. Everything in there has to either be re-stored somewhere else in my house, given away, or thrown away, and it's a big job!

Since I'm almost caught up with sharing my stamping creations and have no time to make more right now, I've decided to do a "fall review" of some of my favorite projects. I do have a couple of new ones, but they are connected to a Stampin' Up! promotion that starts tomorrow, so I will start sharing those on Tuesday.

To start off, I'm reaching all the way back to August 25th to share my Boho Indigo Embossed Strips Background. I used the Boho Indigo Product Medley and added Whisper White and Misty Moonlight card stock of my own. You can view the full post HERE.

Stampin’ Up! Bird & Branches Easel!

Hey there! I'm back again today with another card created with the Birds & Branches Bundle. I've created another easel card, which isn't surprising, is it? The easel-fold is one of my favorites! I wanted a winter-y/Christmas-y look, so I used Very Vanilla, Poppy Parade, and Just Jade:

After I cut the leafy window with the Birds & More die I embossed the vanilla layer with the Winter Snow embossing folder. I love the frosty look!

The greeting is from Itty Bitty Christmas, stamped with Poppy Parade ink.

I stamped the solid birdie first with stamped-off Soft Suede, then over-stamped the detailed birdie with Poppy Parade. I added a bow tied with the gold trim from the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack and put a gold Metallic Pear in the center of each flower. The Birds & More dies provided the dies to cut the birdie and the flowers.

I added three more flowers inside to create the easel "stop". The sentiment is another from Itty Bitty Christmas.

Stampin’ Up! Birds & Branches for Christmas!

Hey there! We are changing gears just a little bit today with a Christmas card created with the Birds & Branches Bundle from the Annual Catalog. This set is not designed specifically for Christmas, but the birds lend themselves perfectly to be a winter/Christmas birdie!

Birds & Branches are photopolymer, so they are easy to layer together. I stamped the bird first with stamped-off Soft Suede, then stamped the detail over it with full-strength Soft Suede. I mounted him on a strip of Poinsettia Place Designer Series Paper and added 1/4" wide strips of gold foil along the top & bottom. This contrasted nicely with the Very Vanilla background I embossed with the Winter Snow embossing folder.

I added a bow tied with Poppy Parade 1/8" ribbon from the All the Trimmings Ribbon Combo Pack.

I stamped the greeting from Itty Bitty Christmas with Poppy Parade ink, punched the ends with the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch, and added gold Metallic Pearls.

Inside I stamped the birdie on a branch and another sentiment from Itty Bitty Christmas.

Sunday Swap Day August 2nd 2020!

Hey there! Today is our family's "August Birthdays" day! Believe it or not, we don't have a birthday in every month of the year! But every month that we do, we designate a Sunday of that month to be the "Birthday Sunday" for everyone with a birthday that month. August is our biggest birthday month with six birthdays, including mine! We have Liam on the 3rd, Ava on the 5th, Kimberly on the 14th, Benjamin on the 23rd, me on the 24th, and Cody on the 31st!
