Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day November 25th!

Hey there and welcome to Sunday Swap Day on my blog!

First, a nameless creator designed this homespun card with the Beautiful Baubles Bundle:

Next, Jan Farring also used Beautiful Baubles with Highland Heather, Whisper White, and Silver, for an elegant look!

A pretty Beautiful Baubles inside sentiment:

Kelly Acheson used the Beautiful Blizzard Bundle with the Big Shot Embossing Mats to create a fun background for the snowflakes:

The Beautiful Blizzard Bundle has five fun greetings to use for more than just Christmas cards.

This card would be perfect for a birthday!

Night in Bethlehem was used by another anonymous creator (we made this card at class last week where I think I lost the name on the back) with the Black Ice Technique:

The Black Ice Technique involves dragging the Jet Black StazOn pad lightly over the stamped images, then pressing the Versamark pad all over the piece. Sprinkling with Clear Embossing Powder and heating with the Heat Tool completes the technique.

Wrapping the Christmas Pines greeting layer with Silver Metallic Thread and adding a Silver Metallic-Edged bow is the perfect finishing touch!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day October 14th!

Hey there! It's time again for Sunday Swap Day! Today I have a great collection of Holiday Catalog Christmas swaps to share!

First, Rhonda Bassler has taken a unique approach to create this Beautiful Baubles card by combining both Whisper White and Very Vanilla card stock. She has achieved an elegant look, which includes the Swirls & Curls Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

Rhonda combined Gold Glimmer Paper, All is Bright Designer Series Paper, and an Itty Bitty Greetings sentiment, punched with the Duet Banner Punch.

Jenna Roby used the Beautiful Blizzard Bundle with Joyous Noel Specialty Designer Paper for her creation:

A z-fold allows for a lot more area to embellish!

She finished off her card with Copper snowflakes cut with the Blizzard Thinlets Die.

Deb McCahan mixed Clear Embossing Powder and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter to create the custom Rich Razzleberry background for the snowflakes and the Beautiful Blizzard greeting:

A lovely card inside & out!

Finally, Lorraine Duran combined Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper with Dashing Deer for a warm, homespun look!

The flourished detail of the deer image is simply gorgeous! She accented the nose with a Red Rhinestone Basic Jewel.

This card has a surprise flap, revealing a Dashing Deer sentiment!
