Stampin’ Up! Cuddles & Kisses!

I took a lot of pictures of the presentation and swap boards at the Stampin' Up! St. Louis Regional a couple of weeks ago, and as you know have been sharing those samples with you every few days in between sharing my own creations. Today, however, I am able to share a swap board sample that I actually created!

I'm still scratching my head over this one, as while I created this swap, I don't remember how it came to be on the Stampin' Up! board! Oh well, it's there and I was delighted to see it on display. I used the Occasions Catalog set, Cuddles and Kisses, Labels Collection Framelits, the Cloudy Day Textured Impressions Folder, Melon Mambo 3/8" Striped Organdy Ribbon, and the hearts strip from the Delightful Details Textured Impressions Folders set.

I hope to have the chance to do so creating and stamping today. It's
been THREE WHOLE DAYS since I held a stamp in my hand, and I'm having
stamp-withdrawl! If I do, and it's definitely on my "to do" list, I will be sharing my creations with you here!

Stampin’ Up! Heart Box for “Hearts a Flutter” Class!

Happy Wednesday to you! I put a sneak peek of this project on my Facebook page yesterday, it's a cute little "Hershey's Heart Box" that we will be making at my "Hearts a Flutter" Mystery Hostess Class tomorrow. There's still room in either session, 1 p.m. or 6:30 p.m., so contact me to attend!

I found the directions for this box on Brenda Quintana's blog. She is the creator of some really awesome 3-D projects, including the "Kissmas Tree" we made back in December!

You will receive your own copy of the directions to make this box, along with directions for all three of the additional projects at the class tomorrow.

This box is ingenius but astonishingly easy!

This box will hold 6-8 Hershey's kisses very nicely!

That't it for today. I will be working on another version of this box for my grand-daughter, Maddie Kate's, Valentines. We will actually work together to make them, along with her sister, Ava, and her brother, Cohen, making their Valentine's too sometime this weekend. I will be showing you their Valentine's in the next few days!

Valentine Week Day 4-Fashionable Hearts!

Today's first sample is another awesome creation by my fabulous downline, Linda Reaney! Although CASED from somewhere, this card combines several fun Stampin' Up! products, including the Scalloped Heart Embosslit, Fashionable Hearts Embosslit, and the Tasteful Trim Die! "Happy Valentine's Day" is from "Teeny Tiny Wishes"!

Mary Hamill combined the "Hello, Doily" background stamp with Melon Mambo Embossing Powder to create this card with lots of visual impact. A particularly fine detail is the two vertical rows of hearts at the bottom end of the Basic Black strip. Mary used the "Adorning Accents Textured Impressions Folder" for those hearts!

Even though there were not very many in this category, if you browse through all the samples I have and will be posting this week you will see more and more uses of this cool embosslit!
