Hey there! Today I want to share with you another card we will be making at my Birthday Memories card class next week. I chose a swap I received from Lisa Pressley because I love the happy little pastry chef she used from the Birthday Delivery stamp set! She stamped "Happy Birthday" with Real Red ink on the Whisper White layer before she embossed with the Brick Wall Textured Impressions folder. I also love her classic bakery color combo of Basic Black, Real Red, and Whisper White!
After stamping the chef with Basic Black Archival ink on Whisper White, she colored him simply with Real Red, Crumb Cake, and Smoky Slate. A Birthday Friends framelit expertly cut him out in a snap! The Basic Black rectangle is softly sponged with Whisper White ink for a blackboard/tile effect.
Lisa's swap was blank on the inside, so I used a mixture of sentiments from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set, continuing the color palette of Basic Black, Real Red, and Whisper White.
The card front is finished off with Basic Black Baker's Twine, of course!
